My truck had a problem and I took it to two different shops in Hazleton, and they told me they were replacing parts but the problem never went away. The truck kept having the same issue.
Thanks to Tri-State Truck, they finally diagnosed the real problem and fixed it the right way. My truck is running perfectly now. I truly recommend this shop to any truck driver who wants honest work, fair prices, and people who actually know what they are doing.

I brought my tractor in for a heater core replacement. I was promised the part would arrive by 9:00 AM. It didn’t arrive until around noon. Then, unbelievably, the mechanic wasn’t even at work when the part showed up.
When he finally arrived, he admitted more parts were missing—because the shop ordered incompletely. Instead of fixing their mistake, I was told someone needed to go back to the parts store 40 minutes away. At 3:20 PM, they simply gave up and said, “We’re closing at 5. Come back tomorrow.”
Their own Google listing shows they close at 6 PM. They could have stayed a little longer and finished the job, but they chose not to. No urgency. No accountability. No respect for the customer’s time.
Let’s be clear: when a shop orders the wrong or missing parts, that is 100% the shop’s responsibility. Pushing the customer into losing another full day because of their mistake is unacceptable.
This place operates with poor planning, lazy follow-through, and zero customer service. What should have been a one-day repair turned into two wasted days.
If you rely on your truck or tractor for work, do not bring it here.
Our truck had a radiator replaced there. A couple months later the radiator started leaking from the top (a faulty part) , we got a hold of the shop and agreed to have the radiator send back for warranty( only part warranty/no warranty on the labor). We paid a shipping fee , the radiator was send to the dealership for inspection. Have been checking regularly until the person I was dealing left ( Chris) . The new girl started avoiding our call and completely ghosting us
our trailer tires locked up they came they changed 2 tires they fixed 2 brakes they said they relezed brake lock from the trailer but when my driver was hauling brake lock was not relesed we lost 2 brand new tires I called them back to check it properly but they said they can not do proper job without semi truck hook up a trailer he sugeested me call them when we find driver to hook up and they will come and complete the job when I find the driver I called them and asked them to come they said after 2 weeks.
So I used another vendor for this job when I spend $15000 again on this trailer.
These guys are not professional if they were professional they could fix it everything properly when we called first time becouse another vendor did not ask me to hook up the trailer to the semi truck
and I wasted my $14000 on this job

We had a fluid leak on our RV. Turned out the bracket holding the coolant hose broke and split the hose. They were great. They talked through every step they were taking and there price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend them.
I want to say that they are very responsible, my truck broke down, there was a problem with the water pump, I drove up to them, they immediately took the truck for diagnostics, they said that it is really a problem in the water pump. They said that we can repair it without problems, but we will need to order the parts today and tomorrow morning in about two or three hours we will repair it. So everything was ordered the parts and the next day I was ready to go on the road. I want to say thank you very much, it was nice to have business with them! ?
I had to visit this shop when my truck seated on my way from Connecticut and Frank and his staff were super professional and got me on my way in less than 24 hours; they have great mechanics and top notch customer service with very reasonable prices. I would recommend anyone in the vicinity to utilize their services.

Amazing service, they spent 4-5 hours to replace fan belts but the fan clutch was bad. So they didn’t charge me for 4-5 hours. Frank is very nice guy and helpful too. Next day I brought fan clutch and he replaced within hour. Supperbbb?
Great place and great people, went to have my truck inspected had a little air leak the mechanic fixed it right away and had my truck inspected for a good price. Happy with their service
My AC compressor went out and I call these gentleman. They were very polite and honest, I really appreciate the fact that they called me to the shop to show me exactly what was wrong with my AC and a leaking line. I usually don’t get this kind of service. They had me going in less than two hours.

They’re good at what they do office staff and mechanic was nice, prices are fair mostly charged by labor time rates with a card fee. I had a broken missing piece from trailer door chain get replaced although not matching and perfect it does the job. Parking lot is small and very difficult if not impossible to turn around to exit for a 53’ trailer + sleeper. Will need guiding for blindside when backing out to exit onto the busy road as vehicles traveling don’t like to stop for you. No visible restrooms available, but I didn’t ask either.

We had an injector go bad on our truck on our way to Florida. We happen to pull into their parking lot to see if we could leave our camper in their lot and take the truck to a local ford dealership. One of the mechanics came out and said the problem was a bad injector and he could fix it. This was on a Friday and he could look at on Monday. Not only did he deliver on his word but had us back on the road the next day. Emily was also very helpful in keeping us updated through the entire process. Highly recommend. Pricing was also very fair

We agreed to get 2 tires for $500 out the door. Confirmed two tree times before the arrival. But after removing the old tires called us and told 2 tires would be $950. They pretend to be fair but utterly dishonest about what they do to customers. We asked to put back our 1 old tire and 1 spare we had and cost of the tire swa[ps. They told us $190 max. But we ended up paying $265 for 2 tire swaps. This is how modern scamming work. Just go with other option. Because they cant even keep their words!!!

Highly recommend!! Great service, reasonable price. I was driving my semi up 81N and my right front rotor broke into 2 pieces and locked my front tire up. I called Tri-State truck and trailer in West Hazelton, Pa. on Kiwanis Blvd they arrived within 40 minutes. They got all the parts for me. Replaced my rotor, brakes and tire and got me back on the road in a decent amount of time for what had to be done. Really thought I wasn't going to get to my destination that day and was going to have to end up getting a tow but they came to the rescue. I can't say anything bad about my experience.
Good honest people brought my 2023 Kenowroth t680 it was throwing codes for the engine he checked my truck cleared some codes I was on my way days and easy
Honest good people, friendly and fast had problem with a coolant leak on my tractor and they got me back on the road fast for a great price, highly recommend
