This place was able to give us an estimate the day aftercwe called. Compared to a 2 week wait at other places. Customer Service is the game of the game here and it makes a big difference!
10/10 experience after hitting a deer. Mark and the crew were professional, fast, and the quality of work was flawless. They even washed the outside and detailed the inside!! My experience with Buckys was easy and enjoyable from start to finish! My car was side swiped earlier in the summer and Buckys Auto Body was listed available through my insurance. Mark got me in for an appointment and quote within two days of our first phone call. They coordinated with Enterprise to schedule my rental for the week and I was able to pick up and drop off right at Buckys. Mark and Shelly could not have been nicer and my car looks brand new. I highly recommend Buckys and will use them in the future if needed!
Always a pleasure to deal with. Recently had my vehicle in for an estimate (just an estimate) and Matt was kind enough to take it upon himself to tape up my busted headlight best he could, as well as tape my front bumper. He definitely didn't need to do that, but I was very thankful. Also, I had my estimate done within 1 day without having been scheduled. They are great people!
Working with Bucky's was a great experience! Their staff was very friendly. I took my car to have a dent fixed and the paint touched up. Mark took the time to explain to me how everything would work with insurance as well. Would highly recommend.
By far the best body shop in the area. I’ve had work done there twice. I have a new truck that I take great pride in. Both times, Bucky’s did an EXCELLENT job, using quality materials, and providing first rate customer service. The only local body shop to use!

A friend recommended buckys to me when a tent fell on the roof of my truck. Mark was very professional, nice and worked with my insurance to find me a fair rate. My truck (which has a lot of wear and tear) came back looking brand new and has even been detailed inside and out. Would absolutely recommend buckys.
Have never been disappointed, and my family has had multiple repairs here... Reasonable, quick estimates... repairs better than new.

There work is shoty at best. They really dont do go work. I havd so many problems with there work I had to have it redone and my car repainted. Their work is so bad that they even painted over my grounds on my car were none of the lights, blinkers, or brake lights would work. They even refused to fix it after I pointed it out to them. The business has went to hell since Bucky sold the business years ago. You couldn't pay me to let them touch my car. If you need body work or paint run away from this place.
If you need any type of body work/paint work done on your car this is the place to go. We have been going to Bucky's for years and have NEVER had any problems with their work. We hit a deer in November and had over $3,300 damage to our from end. When we got our car back, you couldn't tell anything had ever happened to it. Even the paint was an EXACT match to the rest of the car. Mark and his crew are second to none!!
