Called up at 10:, asking if they had a battery for a 2020 Subaru Ascent. I was up there trying to open the door with no hands... someone already running to the door. Fifteen seconds later, he had my battery on the counter. That is what small town service means.
We needed a new battery while vacationing, the man working the counter was exceptionally helpful and we were back in the road in a short time. Thanks so much for making our day pleasant in spite of our breakdown.
A friend of ours purchased a keep from them they purchased it on Dec 13 and called on the 14th to return it ,a snowstorm hit the area and they took it in on Friday to get a window and seatbelt fixed got it back and still not fixed now it sounds like the motor is going , they called and shook hands to either fix it or return it now they don’t want to do either . So heads up when purchasing from them . Their daughter saved her money to purchase the jeep and they won’t even talk to them .
This place is a complete rip off. A friend of ours purchased a vehicle from them and wanted to return it the next day called and due to a snow storm they took it back Monday , said he would fix it but has not happened told him the car was not working and now he refused to fix it or return our money. Does not stand behind what he tells you so people be careful
The people are great and I never have had a problem with them. They are fantastic mechanics . I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right the first time. Their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend them.
His price for the muffler on my 4Runner included installation and was about the same price or cheaper than I could have bought the part anywhere else. Spoke with him in the afternoon, he had the muffler in the morning ready to do the install. Job done, no rattles or leaks.
If only i could give less of a rating. The service is trash period, and to be a junkyard, your customer service has to be a bit higher. The guy is an absolute stickler for prices, arrogant. Charges regular prices for you to pull the parts. Nickle and dimes for everything. Went to pull a hood, that was far from mint mind you, would not come off the price, wouldnt work a deal, nothing and then on top wanted more for his "mechanic" to pull it. As for the vehicles for sale, really look them over before you buy, he likes painting rust boxes, grease packing fittings when the part should have been swapped, and jimmy rigging electrical systems. If the store comes up when you google search "auto parts" just pass it by, the prices in the store are astronomical as well, just go a few miles down the road to A&A, Autozone, or Malaks junkyard, atleast Malak will work with you.
We had a lot of work done by these guys while in the area in our truck and jeep. They did a great job on every issue. The prices were more than reasonable. They are open early and stay til 7....kudos....
I was broken down a couple miles down the road from store driving to Buffalo NY,called into get part,they helped soo much..even drove part out to my broken down location.great service,great location,and all around good ppl and they know all vehicles! Thank you soo much!
