Tony and the crew at Steve Shannon are reliable, trained, experienced and trustworthy. Last weekend I ordered an upgraded battery for my 4Runner and it was ready the next morning. The front desk folks listen, offer their professional opinions and will pull the service techs in for questions or details. No surprises. Fair pricing. Work done right. They do SO much more than just tires- Why go elsewhere?

Great friendly service. I stopped because I had a lot of vibration in the front end of the vehicle. They thoroughly investigated and found it was a buildup of snow. They didn’t charge me a penny.

Awful! My mother had appointment for inspection- wait was 1 hr. Then charged more for emissions test because less than 365 days since last emissions test- who would know that unless they told you? She was treated very rudely. They have lost our business

I stopped at Steve Shannon to get my battery replaced. Earlier that day, on my way to work, all of a sudden, warning lights in my car started flashing and things started to shut off to go into “battery saver mode”. They were warnings I have never seen before in my car and I knew I would never make the drive home without breaking down. I was worried that it was just a tire place, but I stopped in desperation and am I glad I did. They were so accommodating and took my car in right away. I was impressed. It turned out that it was not only my battery, it was the alternator that went , and fast, it was only charging at 1%. That’s why I was getting more and more warnings flashing in the car. I know I wouldn’t have made it much farther if I didn’t stop to get the car checked out. It was such a relief that Steve Shannon was there! I ended up having to leave my car there overnight because they had to order the part and it was close to closing time. They kindly stayed with me until my ride came (past closing time). My car was finished by 1:30 the next day (Saturday). Overall, service was great, they were kind, and the pricing was fair.

Had a hard time finding snow tires and after calling several places with no luck had no issues here, they had my size in stock and got me in and out quickly and back on the road

Pulled in with a completely flat tire and after first being told they were just too busy, they then were very friendly and fixed me up with a new tire and got me back on the road in about 30 minutes and at a good fair price! I don't know what changed after the initial interaction but I'm glad it did and would highly recommend them.

Very impressed first time there. Got tires we needed and told them to install back brakes, when we picked car up they said we didn’t need them. Don’t think if I went somewhere else the same would have happened. Any where else they would have put back brakes on and said we needed them. Thanks

Steve Shannon has an incredibly kind and helpful staff that are going to help you in any way they possibly can. They were extremely kind to me when my car broke down and did everything they could to assist me and keep me and my vehicle safe. I highly recommend Steve Shannon in Sugarloaf!

Did the job, but would have liked to be spoken to about all the things being done before they were done so i wasn't surprised by the additional charges on the invoice after i paid. Otherwise great service and my wheels are still on my car so someone knows what they were doing.

My work van suddenly started having engine issues, the check engine light came on, it lost power dramatically, and it began making strange noises, among other problems. I knew it was going to be a big issue. They were able to get me in the very next day, even though I had never been there before. The team spent a lot of time diagnosing what was going on, keeping me updated throughout the process and explaining everything clearly so I always knew where things stood. Most importantly, they handled it all in a timely manner. They could have easily just thrown parts at it and hoped for the best, or pushed my van aside to prioritize easier jobs, but they didn’t. The only time it wasn’t being worked on was when they were waiting for parts. When I finally got the call that it was done, I was able to speak directly with the mechanic who worked on it. That conversation really put me at ease. When he told me the final price, I was shocked. I had expected it to be much higher. They truly went above and beyond to take care of me and found every possible discount they could. A few days later, the check engine light came back on and my heart sank. But I took it right back in, no appointment, nothing, and they saw it the same day. Once again, they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, taking the time to explain why the light was on, what was happening, and how the previous issues were still affecting the system. They also explained what I needed to do to fully resolve it. They could have easily charged me a fortune to fix something that wasn’t actually broken, but instead they were honest and explained that it was just a system resetting itself after the earlier repair. I just moved up here, and because this is a work van, my options are limited when it comes to shops that can accommodate it, which they knew. Not once did they take advantage of that. They’ve been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I definitely recommend them and will be bringing my other vehicles here in the future

Very helpful. I had been having an issue with a low tire every few days and they were able to fit me in and find out I had a leaky valve stem.

The MOST honest place I have ever been to! At least 2 times I thought my vehicle needed major repairs and it did not they could have easily said it did. This time my vehicle was leaking oil again I thought it was something major and once again they were very honest and it was just a loos oil drain plug. Needless to say I will never go anywhere else this pace is the best! Very nice staff also!

Got new tires. Price was great but the driving range option on the dash was changed and I don't think that was necessary. It takes me awhile to put it back to the way I had it. Also is there any reason why I can't drive it into the garage and when done I can drive it out to leave?

I was on my way from Williamsport to Philadelphia when my tire started losing pressure. I got off the highway and found Steve Shannon Tire shop. They told me it would be about two hours. When I explained my circumstances the gentleman behind the counter told me to pull my car around and within 10 minutes they fixed my tire. I am so thankful for the prompt service and very reasonable price. I could not have been more pleased that they went out of their way to help me. Thank you again. I give you 5+ stars.

They got me in this morning for a state vehicle inspection which was great. Everywhere else I called could not get me in today. I was not there waiting too long and even had people in line in front of me for service. The customer service was great they were very kind and welcoming on the phone and in person when I arrived. Ill be back when I need my car inspection again next year. Thank you guys keep up the good work ✨️

Steve Shannon and Tire is an excellent place of business. I recently had my truck at several garages and they don't seem to know what they are doing. There is no integrity left in their body. My only regret is that Steve Shannon and Tire didn't do all that I needed done. It would have saved me weeks of running around trying to get the work done. Especially when your on a working schedule. Thanks to Steve Shannon and Tire.

Mark was very friendly and helpful finding me the tires I needed. He talked me through the warranty, and gave me clear direction on what to do if I ever had any issues. Whole shop seemed clean and orderly, which is nice to see at a garage.

Anthony the service advisor is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and extremely personable. Brandon the tech is courteous, and does the job correctly first time every time. Whether I need tires or an oil change I always will take my vehicles to Steve Shannon Tire Sugarloaf.

They had my car since 7:30 am on a Saturday and were supposed to put new tires AND alignment and they only got to the tires so they skipped on doing the alignment. They didn’t turn my car in until literally closing time, so 5 pm. They also gave us a ‘wrong’ quote and it ended up being more than what they had originally told us. Never again horrible service.

I got tires mounted on my truck. It was a a quick and pleasant experience until I picked up my vehicle and started to drive home. My truck now had a nasty vibration driving down the road. I called them up, within 30 minutes of picking up my truck, to explain the situation and to have my tires rebalanced. My truck then sat in their parking lot untouched for 3 days. I stopped in on the 3rd day (about an hour before they closed, after i got out of work) and asked politely if my vehicle was done yet. They said "no, it's not a priority" and that my truck was at the bottom of the list. Even though they were scheduling new customers for morning appointments the next day. Very disappointed with the way they handled this.

We were traveling on rt 80 and got a flat tire. We called Steve's to verify if they had the tire we needed and could put it on today. They verified they had the tire and while very busy could get it on today if we could get there in the next hour. We limped there on a donut and experienced excellent service at Steve's. Even though all lift bays were booked they put our new tire on the old rim, balanced it and put it back on our car with a manual jack ! We are grateful for their help on this emergency situation and would recommend doing business with them anytime.

Fantastic service! The desk associates are so warm and friendly. The mechanics are very thorough and ensure your car isn't returned to you until all your concerns are addressed. Not my 1st time as a customer and definitely not my last. I trust the people in the Drums location to attend to my car and will in the future. Thank you.

Tony, the service manager is great. He listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. Pricing is medium average and way affordable. He keeps you safe in your vehicles and put you back on the road. Highly recommended!
