I could not have had a better experience dealing with this company. They gave me a very fair price for my vehicle and even picked it up. They walked me through the whole process. Stormy and her colleague were personable, kind, and I highly recommend them. I had no idea they were located in Plains, which made it even more convenient.

From the moment I called for information to the moment the process was completed, Jeff was very professional, friendly and courteous, both on the calls and in person---as were the girls in the office! Answered all my questions and was kind enough to place a call to the garage on my behalf and offered several options in regards to picking up my vehicle, title, etc. Such an easy, streamlined process which I know was due to his well run business! This is a very clean and professional business. I'm happy that we came here, the experience went above my expectations. The owner is thorough and friendly. I was offered water and a free green t-shirt with Harry's logo on it. I will absolutely be coming back if I need to junk another car.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Jeff was great! I called and told him about my vehicle. He made an offer (better than any around), but didn't have pick-up available for that same day. I was able to drive there and it was no hassle and no fuss. He had me in and out with what he quoted. On top of that, he was friendly and professional. I'd go there again, and recommend it to anyone.

This place was an absolute lifesaver They offered me double the price than any other place around here, and when I was having trouble with the vehicle, Jeff was gracious enough to help me out and arrange a pick up. Understanding that this place is not a place to get parts from like Harrys you pull it... this is Harrys, we buy it... a Place to sell your older cars and trucks to be transported to a different place. Never done this before, but the process was very fast, easy to do, and the people at the place were very friendly... Kinda sad to see an old truck go, but there is a little waiting room if you need to wait for a ride... everything went faster than they said it would and I walked out totally happy, probably easier to do this then to actually sell a truck to a private person. I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future to do this process again if needed.
The "Plains" location does not sell parts. They are only there to buy your old vehicle. You have to go to Hazelton for used parts.
