I was in the market in the fall of 2023 and I was interested in a vehicle that they were selling. I often drive by this place since I live locally. So, one Sunday afternoon, I decided to stop by just to look at the car. It was in nice shape, and I wanted to make an effort to set up an appointment and get additional information, plus take it for a drive and see the interior. I was seriously considering making a purchase. I messaged this place via their Facebook page. I also sent an email directly from their website, and never heard back on either message. I was very disappointed that I never heard back. As of today, they still have this vehicle (2011 Infiniti G37x) however I am no longer in the market. I hope other people have luck with this place, and I hope they get better with emails and messages because they lost a sale which was unfortunate.
Great buying experience. Good honest people. Bought one vehicle on Friday and loved the service we were given. We were still looking for a 2nd car and guess what.. Monday we bought our 2nd car from them. Best in area.
Awesome Experience here! The owner made our purchase so easy and timely. He negotiated and got the price down almost exactly where we needed to be. Paperwork was completed by the time we got back for the vehicle and only took one signature! Highly recommend this Dealer!
Based on reviews, I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I needed an oil change but vehicle is approaching 100K so also wanted a quick look at what might need to be addressed as precautionary. I received an excellent review of what should be completed now, what needs to be addressed soon and a referral for something they didn’t feel comfortable tackling. My trusted mechanic no longer works on my type of vehicle, I am so glad I found my new trusted mechanic.
Looked at a 2017 outback. The salesman( Bob) came out. No pressure tactics at all. Gives u the key and u look at it, test drive it. Car was very nice and my son purchased the car. "Bob" was rude and had no sense of professionalism. We found several+ major mechanical issues with one of his vehicles that would end up costing us $1,500+ in the first month of ownership on top of his "reasonable price ".
One of the major issues was that the car had been in an accident and was repainted and repaired but was not a reported collision.
Stay far away from this slimeball....that is all I can say.
We trust all of our cars to Tim. He even keeps our 200,000 mile plus car moving. He is up front and honest about what we need to do and gets it done quickly, which helps with our busy schedule.
Sold me a total clunker . Within 2 months my Explorer needed a new rear, transmission and two wheel bearings . Sold me on a “warranty” but failed the mention this meant all replacement parts came from a junkyard . Took 3 MONTHS to have my transmission replaced with the junkyard one .
I have been bringing my cars to Trexler Auto Sales for years and have always been happy with the service they provide. They have always been honest with me and helped me to understand the ramifications of not doing a particular change or service at that time - even if it meant they wouldnt be making any money in the process since the change wouldn't be completed. When it comes to the inventory on the lot, they have a number of different options for people and I believe my next car will be from them. I would recommend them to anyone.
Went in because I was having trouble with my DeLorean DMC-12. I was having trouble getting it to accelerate past 85mph. Needless to say this was a problem. I needed at least 3 more mph to get it to reach optimal performance. I suspected it was my flux capacitor, but really didn't know what to do. So I took it the professionals at Trexler Auto Sales. Turns out I wasn't getting the full 1.21 gigawatts of electric current I needed to get this baby really purring. The men at Trexler Auto Sales quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my plutonium - Nuclear Reactor and we were back in buisness. They even threw in one of those pine scented Christmas Tree air fresheners. Car never smelled so good.
These guys are tops.
I get all my vehicles serviced at Trexler Auto sales and have 100% confidence that the job will be done correctly and I won't be overcharged. Additionally, the gentlemen who work here take care to build a solid inventory. I recommended them to my neighbor so his daughter could get her first car at a reasonable cost and she's still driving it around three years later without having to do more than change the oil.
