I have nothing but great things to say about Kressley's. Brett was very responsive from the first time I contacted him, sending photos of the truck and setting up a time. During the purchase, I felt no pressure and there was no pushy upsell; we just discussed the down-to-business out-the-door price. Even after the purchase, the service was great. After taking the truck home, I noticed that the sliding window was not working so I contacted Brett. He arranged for someone to come to my house, leave a loaner, pick up my truck, replace the glass, and then return it. That's much greater service that I would expect at any dealer. I would not hesitate buying another vehicle from him.

This is a grate place for work trucks. We purchased a snow plow truck from them. Amazing service! We are from another state. They took us from the airport. When we arrived at Kressley's location, the lot was full of work trucks and they are ready for play as well. They have sports cars and RV trailers. If I have to purchase a vehicle in the future I will shop here first They are a family owned business and they treat you like family.

I was looking for a very specific truck set up and spent several months looking on my own with no success. I filled out the Car Finder form on the website and less than a week later received a text that they found a truck meeting my criteria. It's exactly what I was looking for plus a few bonus features! I would have saved a lot of time and travel searching for the right vehicle had I just started here.

My buying experience at Kressleys truck sales was great. I test drove the 2022 Ram 2500 big horn sport and wanted a few things done before I purchased the vehicle. Brett jumped on it and had the truck ready for me in a timely manner. The people there were friendly, courteous and very professional. Purchased two hard to find low miles pickup trucks from Kressleys through the years. I’m three states away and look nowhere else when I need a vehicle. Kressleys made the deal easier than sitting at a local dealership.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Kressley's and it most likely will not be our last! We stopped in just browsing and had no intention of making a purchase that day. Brian showed us a vehicle that we had initially overlooked that actually checked off most of our wishlist! It took one test drive in it to know we really liked it! The vehicle was in immaculate condition and priced very reasonable. Brian made us a trade offer on our current vehicle which was more than fair and after a short discussion, we made a deal that we both were happy with! Bought a 2020 Chevrolet Express Explorer conversion van from Kressey’s. There were a few items they had forgot to mention to me that needed fixed on the van. Was really impressed with how they did their best to do what they could to make it fair. Brett was who I talked to on the phone. I got off the phone knowing that I can trust this guy. When I got there, he was out and worked with his Dad Brian. Brian was great to work with. Had one of their guys run pick me up at the rental car office to come back and do paperwork. When I got back, Brian had the van washed and ready to go. Beverly had the paperwork all ready to go making the whole process very easy and efficient. Seeing the nice clean vehicles they have on the lot, I would highly recommend buying from them with peace of mind. Was impressed that the 4th generation (Brett) is now helping run the dealership. No matter who you work with, Brian, Beverly and or Brett, you will be well taken care of. They do their best to make sure you’re getting a good quality vehicle as well as a pleasant quick paper signing process that unlike most dealerships, seem to have found a way to make it well worth your time buying from this family owned business!

They had a truck I was interested in. I believe I spoke with Brian when I arrived. He was very cordial and offered to bring the truck over to look at. I asked if I could go look at it and he got me the keys and pointed out where it was. I was dealing with Brett thru texts to get info and prices. The young guy was dealing with some medical issues and it was kind of slow getting what I needed but I did get the information. There were some problems I noted with the truck. Being a mechanic for the last 30 years I had some concerns with what I found. I didn't get alot of satisfaction when I told Brett what I had found. To be honest I told Brett that I didn't think I would be interested at his price but still wanted to see the truck. I also was interested in purchasing an extended warranty for the truck. It is a nice truck but with the problems it presented I feel it would have had to go to a Ford dealership to determine how deep the problems went. I couldn't see his asking price after seeing the truck. Brett said he gave me his lowest price but given the problems found with just a quick look in my opinion it would require at least some diagnostic time and repairs. I did not take it for a test drive. All in all they seemed like good people and I might consider going back if they ever came up with a truck I was interested in. Maybe listen to the customer and offer to investigate what they found. Stop in and kick a few tires if you find something that strikes your fancy.

The Kressley team did a great job for me. Spoke to Brett about a trade in and Brian and his wife got me in and out of the shop in about 22 minutes in a new work truck at the price I wanted. Extremely smooth process. See you guys again soon !

Great experience dealing with Brett! We have been searching for a truck for a while, we found one that met all of our needs plus more at a great/reasonable price. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The biggest positive is we did NOT have to deal with a pushy salesman!

Far and away the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. They 100 percent adapted to my schedule. Very trusting, no pressure, communicative, awesome to deal with! I bought one of the older trucks they had on there lot, (2012 Tundra/ 145,000 miles) whatever they did to prepare was incredible! If it wasn't for odometer I could of been fooled into thinking I was driving new vehicle. Hopefully it will be a while before I need another vehicle but when the time comes I'll be going back to Kressleys.

Kressleys family made my truck buying experience the best one I had in years. The truck that I bought was the cleanest truck and lowest mileage for the year that I could found in the Lehigh Valley and the price that they were asking was more than fair, plus they gave me what I was asking for on my trade in.
