Excellent shop and service! They have helped me correct some of my DIY errors and never try to upsell like some of the larger brands. Will be my shop of choice for a long time.

My wife and I moved to Northampton 3 months ago. We have always been scrambling to find a good mechanic shop, never had success. We tried dealers, small shops, large shops etc.... never any luck. I was referred to Rephs by a client of mine who swore by Rephs. I am EXTREMELY happy to finally say, we found our local shop. The owner of the shop Dan, is a great guy. Very personable, cares, great conversation! The shop is very clean, organized, and they thoroughly explain things and know exactly what they are doing. Most dealerships hire people just as a body, this shop actually knows what they are doing with your vehicle. Don't hesitate, come here!

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. The friendliness of the staff and the very reasonable pricing. Today was my first time there for inspection. My car needed work and it was done fast and efficiently. I will absolutely return in the future!

They ripped me off at least twice that I know of. They made me pay for a back tie rod they ordered from the Auto store. When they never put it on. The guy just found a wrench and he tightened the old tie rod. Then I had an oil change. The problem is they never changed the oil. I checked my oil dipstick when I got home and the oil was black. Beware there's a lot of other car garages out there that are great and honest. I would remain a customer, but I don't exactly like being robbed.

Usually, my car is done cheaper than quoted. It's also typically finished before the estimated time as well. Very friendly staff. The quality of the repairs is awesome. I have not had to go back for repeat attempts.

This was my first time using this garage. I am very pleased with the service and price I paid. It’s such a relief to finally find a local garage I can trust. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Excellent experience at REPH’S Auto Service. Courteous and did less work than I requested. Said brakes are still good. Completed all other requested work at a fair price. I would recommend REPHS for your car servicing needs. Third time I have used them and will use them again.

I took my vehicle there one time. I was looking for a fair and honest local mechanic. I asked for a professional opinion of what was wrong with my vehicle. Without my permission a diagnostic machine was used and I was charged for that.I was not asking him to work on the vehicle for free. Any mechanic in the business in a long time should be able to give a opinion , based on experience, of what they suspect the problem might be. When asked why this was done the owner replied “someone has to pay for my equipment “ They also just eliminated a parking space from a public street to make access to the business easier. A new driveway was added that eliminated street parking WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK ! Would you want to use a business where the owner clearly can't see all the options ? The addition was new , if they had angled it slightly, to use a existing side driveway entrance ZERO parking spaces would have been lost ON THE STREET ( he doesn't own the street & doesn't appear to be considerate of his neighbors). And he absolutely 100,000 percent, made the comment about someone paying for his equipment. Does not appear to be intelligent, DEFINITELY NOT HONEST , but if you want a shop with a car on its roof . He's your guy.

Can’t say enough great things about this auto shop! Quick, efficient, great customer service, great staff and personable management ! Had my car towed there today after I couldn’t get it to start on my lunch. It was quickly diagnosed and battery replaced the same day. Thank you for being a reputable and reliable mechanic. ??

Very good customer service, repairs done within a day, haven't had issues since they did repairs for the battery and alternator.

I have been using Reph's for years. They are absolutely trustworthy and reliable. I have taken multiple vehicles there for inspection to actual work such as brakes, a stripped drive shaft bolt, batteries and alignment. I kid you not everytime I'm wait to hear the cost of the work it is way under what I expected. Will continue to use them and highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about Rephs! I had my van towed here after it broke down today. We've used them before and trust their work and integrity, so them having availability to look at it was already good news... But then they had it fixed and back in my hands by the end of the day! I was blown away (and so incredibly relieved ??) by the turn around time. I highly recommend Reph's!

What a great shop!! Dan and his whole crew are amazing. I take all my cars there and will always do so. He services every make and model and I trust him completely as he is always honest and up front and his charges are always very fair I like most dealerships and big shops. Great people to business with!!

If I could rate higher I would. 10/10 experience. Not only with my current vehicle but multiple others throughout the years and also other family members as well. Never a run around, EVER. Always honest and straight forward. Never predatory or cheap. Easily hands down the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop and I know less than zero about cars. I would recommend this shop to anyone near and far that's how amazingly run and managed this auto shop is.

Dan and his employees are very friendly and knowable. I also like. They will recommend things your car might need not just rush the car out . as for. Me and my family we will never take our cars anywhere else. Thanks for being a great mechanic.

They are not afraid to share opinions and assistance from a vast knowledge base derived from years of experience. A true gem in an industry that is known to take advantage of and rip off the unwitting and even the more intelligent consumer.

I own 1993 Ford Ranger standard shift. From day one, out of the showroom, my clutch would fail in hot weather. I had it back to Ford many times for the problem, they could not fix it. At 100,000 miles I had Ford put a new clutch in it. I had high hopes this would fix the problem, but same problem appeared in hot weather. I felt the problem was a major design issue with no hope of repair. At 215,000 miles I had Reph's Auto replace the worn clutch again. That was about 10 to 12 months ago. Had no problems since. However, not any real hot weather either. Decided to take it out today 7/1/2018 with outside Temps in the high 90's. To my surprise I could not get the clutch to fail. So after 25 years and 215,000 miles my clutch works thanks to Reph's Auto. The problem appear's to have been in how you bleed the hydraulic clutch fliud. Danny you did a great job. You have a lifetime customer. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

I have been going to large chain Mechanics ever since I became a car owner. I know they can be pricey but I never thought I would deal with the blatent over charging and upselling I recently experienced. I typed into Google mechanics by me and found Rephs, not only did he answer all my questions and accommodate my schedule but he saved me literally $500! He is knowledgeable and friendly I have recommended them to everyone I know! This was three weeks ago and my cars running great. I made them a pie and will never take my car anywhere else.
