Great service .called them for a windshield they told me they had it and it was ready within 24 hours for me to pick up . It helped me to save a little bit of money and that’s what matters.
This salvage yard is one of the most organized yards I've ever seen. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
They do it all here, from transmission and engine work to inspections and emissions. They also do Towing. If you need your vehicle worked on, this is the place to come. There lead mechanic, Mr Miller is the best there is.
Purchased a tested radio that had been shelved for sometime, only to still be sent a bad radio. Also probably unrelated but I had to give my card info over the phone for payment and the same day the charge came in for this yard my card was also used to purchased a "care package" for a prisoner and I had to shut my card off? Coincidence? Hacked system? Bad employee? Unrelated? Friendly staff but my experience here has been mixed. Timing was a little too close for comfort but cards get stolen all the time. Hoping they can replace the radio as they have nothing at this time.
My 1st time visiting Grant's Auto Salvage and what a clean and organized place. I needed a drive shaft. I called prior, and when I arrived, it was ready to go. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you need auto parts.
Although I would have rather not been at Grant's Auto. I will say the man behind the counter I'm very glad that he was there that day. I asked him if he could please help me get into my car and he didn't even hesitate. He helped me gather my belongings out of the car and I really appreciate that thank you
I needed to junk my car. I called Grant's Auto and they were there the same day and wrote me a check right at my door. I did not have to do anything- not even go outside. The fellow was real friendly too.
I called to ask for a car part I needed to drive my car, they said they had it and that it would be ready for pickup the next day. They didn’t call back. I call the next day and they said it would be ready that day and they'll contact me. They didn’t call back. Past the weekend and I call again for an update, I’m told they do not have the part. Very unprofessional. Wasted 5 days waiting for a car part they said they had but didn’t have.
The owner is fair and is the best guy to work with does not cheat u and his parts are good and does not sell u trash will do business with
him at any time I need parts lets go Grant auto
this is my second time coming back to this place even though they don't deliver to Philadelphia to my dealership GT Motors....
they have a very very friendly staff and they run a nice clean operation with forklift and new equipment... definitely a good place to come and get your parts at a good price which come with warranties. I would recommend this place and we'll do business again in the future.
Me and my uncle bought a motor from this place and the motor strong but I dont know why but the car struggles at low rpm to accelerate from a stop sign or a red light
Horrible customer service! The owner doesn't care about his customers, he only cares about making money! We had them put an engine in our car and within 2 weeks we had problems with the engine they put in. When we went back they just basically did whatever they could to push us out the door. Everytime we go back to get results we're get a run around and get no where. We're going to try one more time to get this problem resolved and if they don't make good of their warranty then this review stays active along with many more all over the internet.
I'd honestly give this sad disgrace of a business a 0 if I could. The owner verbally harassed me about seeing my own vehicle (collecting belongings) my vehicle was parked in the side front area, so I went right to it after entering. I had my child with me when he asked me what the hell I was doing. Apparently he wants you to "check in" the office but there is no signage whatsoever saying to do so. Just so I'm clear he pointed his fingers in my face, screamed at me and got very close to the point of assault. All while my child was near. If someone wants common courtesy to accident victims stay far far far away from this demeaning awful human's business.
