Great people and welcoming attitude in the yard and the office! Bought some hard to locate large metal pieces and they had them accessible and assisted with loading for an overall painless transaction. Thank you, Jack, for your patience and help. BEWARE of dealing with these guys they are scam artists I dealt with Jack F. in particular he is not only unknowledgeable but he is rude and ignorant their customer service is terrible I bought a transmission from them that they said was in recondition condition and had been tested multiple times after spending hundreds of dollars to have the transmission installed I found out that the transmission didn't work and overdrive was busted the transmission shop told me that the transmission would need to be rebuilt and it would be $2,100 after calling RAY CRAFT and discussing this.. they cleaned it this transmission was tested several times also they claim that it was tested in low 4 ironically that's impossible because the transmission would not shift into overdrive in low 4 there for proving that they were lying to me in the first place LIES beware of dealing with these guys they are scam artists I tried to be fair about it and said I would return the transmission to them and just simply asked for my original purchase price a $480 I was screamed at like a child having a tantrum by Jack and told that I would only get half of my money back if I return the transmission to them! LoL what a joke after spending hundreds of dollars to have the transmission installed and removed I thought it was quite Fair of me to only ask for my original purchase price back since they not only wasted my time but they wasted my mechanics time to install it and remove it so that being said they will be facing litigation which will be a slam dunk! Please do not deal with these people when it comes to automotive parts they are absolutely a joke and a waste of your time I spoke with an attorney and the attorney said that it was just as easy to sue them in small claims court which is exactly what we are doing the great part is now they have to pay me for the original transmission the labor to remove it and install it all damages associated with gaskets fluids and all other Associated parts that went along with the installation as well as they are responsible to make me whole for a new transmission Under Pennsylvania law! Moral here? do the right and your life is not only easier but cheaper! if they had taken five minutes to think about good customer service they would have accepted the original deal which was to take back the broken piece of junk they sold me in the first place! But obviously they're not the brightest people the great part is my attorney thought this was so humorous he's helping me all the way of course for a fee but all that will be returned to me when they pay me my settlement. Please take my recommendation to stay far away from these fools and don't waste your time there are a bunch of liars and a pack of Thieves and now they're going to pay for all of the above stated thanks very much in advance Raymar can't wait to tell everyone about how nice my new transmission is that you paid for! In the future maybe you should think about being more like a business when you sell a defective product you take it back you don't offer up excuses and start screaming at customers that just makes you look dumb which you look pretty dumb!! 🤣🤣🤣
