Out of state and our car wouldn't start at the hotel. Everyone i talked to was so kind and caring. The driver arrived in about 15 minutes, which was great!
I sent them my address and they not only went to the wrong address 20 minutes away, but then proceeded to tell me I must’ve put the address in wrong and insinuate that I am stupid. News flash— I put the correct address.

This is unbelievable! Livio Towing was contacted by my insurance company at 6:06pm. Livio called and confirmed. By 6:22pm my car was running! Legit. These folks are for real!
Late arrival. Instead of towing, driver insisted battery was bad and he'd replace it. had to have truck towed next day for same issue. I don't expect a mechanic, I expect my car to be towed to one.
He will NOT provide a receipt or an Invoice!! Insurance scammer?! I say YES but you decide!! Even the insurance company has no paperwork from this bastard!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!
