They were very nice and great mechanics. Why I gave a 4 is because I came to handle payment and then I had multiple things added because when I dropped off I tried to speak on things I got rushed off like after everything I spoke off it was ok and bout.to walk.off and then other conversations happening at the same time so then at the end when I said wow im surprised this or that it was oh we will check that out and they did and they fixed a thing which is was like well why not just have me get new tires then but at the point I didn't want to be there any longer. My son came with cause it was not to much longer as I had dropped it off considerably at 730 am. I got at 3 so I was very patient with their process. So if anything id just like to have had that conversation at the beginning so all things could be looked over due to all this I forgot to discuss the a/c that doesn't work. But oh well another day. I would go back but maybe ask for a time they are not as busy. I will say the day I made the appt the guy who answered was very nice and talked with me about many things taking his time with the conversation to be thorough with all Iwas looking for which I did say all new tires brakes and battery I wanted to get all new if even wasn't fully ready but they said all was good didnt need it and left it there. So its running good I still get squeaks when breaking but maybe that just in the beginning of new brakes. So I think 4 is fair.
I broke down will making a one day visit to Annville. I called another garage who didn’t have time to work me in. They did however recommend Cisney, always a good sign. When I called Cisneys they told me they were busy but understood my predicament and would do their best to help. A tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. The vehicle was fixed in a few hours. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was terrific. Good guys too. I’d absolutely recommend them. I say this as someone who owned auto repair shops for 35 years. I know a really good shop when I see one.
Jesse & team are very helpful & responsive and take the time to explain the services needed. They are not pushy & listen to the customer. When our cars were in for inspection recently, Jesse provided information about what needed to be done to pass inspection versus items they recommended be fixed and let us decide how we wanted to proceed which was greatly appreciated.

Can't say enough positive of all my experiences here...Just took me too long to share. My most recent service was to get a van inspected and a tune up for use of my childcare business. They knew the importance of safety for this older vehicle and were HONEST, Communicative and just simply GOOD people. Didn't take me over the coals with prices (when honestly, they could have steered me to pour $$ into something that I probably shouldn't have). Very good experience
I have been going to Cisney’s for at least 25 years. Always up front and honest about everything they do! Won’t take my cars any where else.

Very friendly and helpful. I had gone somewhere else and they gave me a list of things I would need done before my Dec inspection. So I took that list over and some of the stuff did need done and others not. They are not there to take you over the rocks. And being a woman some places think they can pool the wool over our eyes. But not these group of guys. I will be going there from now on and I HIGHLY recommend Cisney’s who wants a good quality garage. They are very busy but they will work you in as soon as they can. I just can’t say enough good things about Cisney’s!!!

I had made an appointment with Jesse to get an oil leak fixed on my car. I got my dates mixed up and brought it in a week early. Jesse took my keys and didn’t think twice about getting it in earlier. I’m pretty much a loyal customer.

After making the switch to Cisney’s years ago, I don’t go anywhere else for my 3 vehicles. They are a busy shop yet make a great effort to get you on the schedule in a timely manner. This time around, they fit my civic in for an oil change with short notice before our trip to Connecticut. And they offer a triple A discount. They remind me of a shop I used to work at years ago in Florida a privately owned shop. They take pride in their work. I trust nobody, but the shop to do any work on my truck. They will not allow inferior work to leave their job. they have highly trained technicians class the father and son oversee at all, and they will make sure everything is done correctly And I’ve got better quotes from them than anywhere else or other shops won’t do major repairs but they will I trust nobody but This shop to perform any major work on vehicle. They are the best.
