I was next to a person who called this business to inquire about a belt for a riding lawn mower. If they do business the way they answer their phone, then I'd rate this place a ZERO -0-.Since NO hours are listed, (this person that called works Mon-Sat, so Sunday is the only day they can mow.) The person gets # from online search, Again NO HOURS posted for this listing. So they called them, Sunday. The "business" answered the phone in SUCH a POOR ^& Ignorant manner by; AND I QUOTE: *Dials-Phone rings* Them: "It's Sunday! Caller: "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm just trying to mow my lawn, I work all week...." Them: "CLICK"- JUST HANGS UP on caller mid sentence. VERY RUDE. VERY Ignorant. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Maybe you should LIST your Business HOURS if you don't want calls when you're closed. Or at least be more professional and considerate of people. Really sad and disheartening to see how you handled that call.
