I was stuck in a snowstorm in Pennsylvania and a few other towing companies didn’t want to come out because of the weather. This company did. They gave me an exact arrival time and showed up exactly when they said they would.
The driver was professional, polite, and clearly very experienced. He made sure I got to Wawa safely, helped me park in the snow, and didn’t leave until I was fully good. Really solid service — I’d definitely recommend them.
Amazing service! I got stuck in the snow and they came to my rescue. The driver was so nice, made me feel safe, kept me calm and got my car out with no issues at all. They were fast, careful, and honestly was my lifesaver. This whole experience was stress-free. I’m seriously so grateful and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

An establishment can be good based on the service they provide, but can be excellent when they have owners/employees that go the extra mile. Weeks Automotive & Towing does just that! I was stuck in a ditch during a snow storm and not only did they arrive faster than the quoted time, Connor called me to keep me updated and even checked on me after I was on my way to ensure that I was ok. ( I was shaken up after the experience) Words can't express how grateful I am that I called Weeks Automotive & Towing. Connor is the epitome of not only professionalism, but warm, human decency! I recommend this business wholeheartedly! They will exceed your expectations!
Amazing company! Helped me out when I ran out of fuel (last time I test my E gage lol) reasonably priced, super friendly and non judgmental. Also helped me when I locked my keys in my car! Will be who I call if I ever need a tow or help again!

Made the mistake of taking my 2003 Beetle for work in the cold and the battery died. Connor arrived in less than 15min to jump my car. Turns out something else is wrong though, because the car shut off shortly after disconnecting from the jump pack. Connor made the whole process of towing it back to my house super easy and gave me a ride. He was very friendly and I’m very grateful he was able to come rescue me so late.
Been trying to get my car towed down the road less than 2 miles away for almost a full week another towing company was leaving me to dry and had me miss multiple appointments with the autoshop. I called Weeks automotive on Friday they told me 25 minutes got here in 15 and had it dropped off in 10 minutes transaction was seamless and Connor was a great guy. Will be utilizing them for my towing services.

Ball joint broke on me while grocery shopping. Called he was there in 15 minutes very quick! Grabbed took to my house and put it in my garage right on the lift so I didn’t break anything else. The best of the best! I’d recommend him to Jesus if he needs a tow!

The tow truck operator arrived promptly, was polite and knowledgeable, and took great care in towing my car to the desired location. Awesome service, the guy helped me in a real bind and when he saw my tire was flat he threw my donut on for me, literally unbeatable, given the option id never use another towing service. This is a company run by genuine good people who wanna help, id rate 10 out of 5 if i could
I was stuck on the road and no one would stop to help. I called several tow companies who wanted to charge me an obscene amount of money upwards of $300 for a two black tow. While I was sitting there waiting a driver named Conor drove up and asked and I informed him. He towed my Jeep the 2 blocks for less than I was being asked for. Was helpful and pleasant. I would just like to recommend this company. Customer service was amazing and super kind and helpful. Thank you Conor I appreciate your help and service.
I was involved in an accident and thought they were going to help. These people are not reliable. They tow to their lot, they do not answer the phone and they incur storage fees. My insurance and myself have been trying for days to get a hold of someone no one answers mailbox is full. PLease save yourself a massive headache. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS.
Had the help from Conor. Awesome working man. Got to me roughly around the ETA given during our phone call. He was able to hook my not so awesome car up within minutes and we were on the road with no glitches. Dude even backed up his huge truck into my tiny driveway with no incidents. I give him 5 stars.
Weeks auto transit is reliable with service and is there when you need something. My car had a oil tank punctured on my way to work and he came and got my car and took it to a garage to get fixed the same day. Thank you and keep up the good work!
