This place has so much beautiful merchandise...from small handcrafted items to dining room tables and bed frames. There were holiday items as well as things for everyday. If you're in the area, you should check it out.
I have been to peaceful valley in intercourse, which i love, but first time here. Beautiful store with tons of items from crafting to fine furniture. We bought two beautiful table lamps.
As a bonus of sorts they have a cozy nook area for the weary which i took advantage of with two other gentlemen who were also waiting for their wives to finish up shopping. We will be back!!
An excellent establishment. Whatever I needed plus more I found it there. I brought several pieces of furniture the quality is excellent. The furniture is well made. I recommend this establishment highly.
I’ve been coming to this place for years and love always find something I have to have. They do such a great job of displaying product to catch your eyes. Their candles are amazing!
A local woman gave us a tip to come here. Lots of cute decorative items and the furniture is half the price of another Amish furniture store we looked at for more rustic mission/shaker/country dining tables/chairs. Kind, helpful service. Would have purchased here but we were looking for something specific. We expect we’ll come back for other items in the future! ?
Beautiful furniture selection as well as miscellaneous items to beautify the inside and outside of your home. The Amish are amazing craftsmen and their work is beautiful. The staff at the store are professional and friendly. The prices are a bit high but you’re getting a quality product which will last forever!!
Beautiful Amish made furniture offering a great selection. We've purchased 4 pieces of furniture at their Intercourse store. One had to be delivered. Delivery team did a beautiful job and we wouldn't hesitate to have any future pieces delivered.
I've just purchased more furniture from this store. I've purchased from all of them at some point and my house is exclusively furnished by Peaceful Valley. They've been my go to for 22 years and I wouldn't change it! Henry was amazing during the purchase of our dining room set and it arrives (delivered to NJ) ahead of schedule and in perfect shape! If you want custom furniture tailored to your style... they are your people!
I am not a review-writing kind of guy but credit goes where credit is due. My wife and I we live in western NY. We were furnishing a new house and wanted a well made solid wood certain style corner cabinet for the dining room. I searched online a lot until I found this cabinet on peaceful valley website. I was a bit nervous because it’s out of state for us however they had best reviews, design and price (even with the high delivery price due to distance, they were still better priced). Good things come to those who wait. They did say it will take up to 12 weeks to build and it was delivered before the end of the 12 weeks. They didn’t disappoint. It’s a beautifully built piece with care and great wood. I tried looking around for any mistakes in building or damage during transport couldn’t find a thing which is almost not possible. This place is a gem. We are very happy with the quality of this piece and I don’t care if they’re out of state, in the future if need solid wood furniture, I am looking to them.
There is so much to see in this quaint, Amish store. Patio furniture, handmade items for all areas of your house, and so much more. Also, Handmade jellies and stuff! Hint- If you buy jelly to take home and have to pack it- put it in your checked luggage!!! I really wanted the Pepper Jelly, but sadly, someone at the airport wanted it more!!

Bought a custom made dining room table from Peaceful Valley, as did (at least) 2 other households in our family. The quality is top notch and you can just feel that these tables will likely outlast our lifetimes.
Phil is extremely helpful in the decision making process and his insight and knowledge really help you find exactly what you are looking for. He was sure to point out things about stains and colors that we would not have noticed ourselves, such as, telling us that a certain stain may have a pink hue, or a certain color may look more purple in different lighting.
I would not hesitate to purchase more furniture and send anybody their direction.
Been to multiple Amish furniture stores & I like this one the best - great quality & selection!!! Not sure about delivery fees but their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other places. Great customer service - they’ll help you look for what you want & are not pushy! (Don’t forget to check out the clearance room! It’s tucked away & easily missed.) Happy shopping!
I absolutely love this place. The associates are very friendly & so helpful, always! We have bought many ,many pieces little by little of their outside poly Lumber furniture & we just love it! It’s a must to stop in when your in the area. You def have to go inside, it’s really is so beautiful decorated & very Peaceful as your looking around & shopping it’s no wonder they named themselves peaceful valley it truly is. Thank all of you for always making us feel home when come there and our almost completed outdoor furniture. We also have the end tables and coffee table for sectional. I would def recommend stopping in check them out! This furniture holds up for years, we’ve had many pieces shown for years & we leave out all year round it’s still beautiful and no issues ever! You always can deliver takes 4-6 weeks. When we order by phone they take 20 percent of price to reserve what you like if you want to come and pick it up yourself!
Lovely place of business with good pricing on outdoor furniture made from composit materials. Inside was filled with all kinds of crafty things. Just a very short drive down the road from Sight and Sound.
This Amish shop had a huge selection of not only furniture, but other household decor and even some gourmet popcorn. The staff was friendly and fun to talk with. What a great place to stop.
I LOVE Peaceful Valley Furniture. It is a WONDERFUL Amish store that sells beautiful and exceptionally made Amish-made furniture and gifts!! I bought a beautifully framed print of a winter scene and it only cost $35. The prices are very reasonable, too. The Amish staff are very friendly and helpful. Make it one of your stops in Amish Country!!!
Speaking as a local....our area is flooded with decor shops, Amish made goods, and Lancaster county charm. In most cases this store is the best place to buy seasonal decor whether it is for inside or outside. I find greenery there for fraction of the price it is anywhere else. In addition they sell the most gorgeous furniture and have the most helpful staff.
Bought a dining table and six chairs there. Henry Stolzfus was very helpful as we made our selections. It took a couple months to get them but it was well worth the wait. Very high quality and reasonable price.
Hard Wood. Need anyone say more. The furniture here is amazing and is very reasonably priced. Beds, Chairs, Dining room tables are amazing. It will take a few weeks to get your product, but you will find no better. They are also very honorable. I love this store.
