I called Saturday morning to get my snow blower running again before the predicted snow on Sunday. Wenger’s was able to get me in and fixed my snow blower same day. Friendly, quick, and professional. I will be bringing my other lawn equipment to them in the future. Thank you!
We LOVE Wenger’s! We are close by so it’s a very convenient business for us to use. Owner is on the premises & always takes the time for conversation. We have purchased all our lawn care equipment there, we get everything serviced by Wenger’s & we always get things back in a timely manner in good working order. These guys are to epitome of great customer service. The guys are super down to earth and very personable upon arriving with an issue. I took my snowblower here to have it repaired because I couldn't keep it running. It needed carburator work they cleaned and rebuilt the carb and got me back up and running before the next storm. Thank you wengers. I will most definitely be taking all my repairs to them moving forward.
They fixed three pieces of equipment for me. All work excellent. all work done in a timely manner and at fair prices . Will be buying new equipment there.
I would give 0 stars if I could. We brought our riding mower to Wenger's and we were told it was not worth fixing it and they would take it to a scrap yard for us. So a few weeks later we see them selling our mower.....the one not worth fixing that was taken to scrap yard. My husband called and Mr Wenger didn't have the decency to answer our call but his son said he would sell it to us for 500$ We have been taking our things to them for years and always recommended them. Now we will never go back or ever recommend them again not trust worthy and totally unethical!!! Shame on them!!!
In response to Joshua Martin's review calling me a liar! I had to explain to Wenger's what they did was illegal...it was theft by deception! Look it up! Why do you think they gave us the mower back...end of story. Get your story right and shame on you too!

Gentlemen who answered phone and then helped me at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very old Briggs powered tiller that had points/condenser go bad. He was able to look up the modern electronic ignition module that does away with the old wires and got me running again in no time.
I've had my snowblower and riding mower serviced here with zero complaints. Friendly and efficient service every time with fair pricing. The pick up/drop off service is very convenient.
Have been a costumer for about 10 years. They are knowledgeable, will work on any make of equipment, and will perform work on equipment when I have any emergency. Great showroom. Highly recommend.
Poor service, the guys picked up my riding mower (charged me $50) then kept the mower for over 6 weeks. I was making multiple phone calls and constantly trying to find out what was wrong. Finally they figured it out. Carburetor, and they wanted to charge several hundred dollars to put a new one on. I asked if they could rebuild, they said NOPE, I asked if I got someone else to rebuild would they put it on, they begrudgingly agreed. Kunkles in Kutztown rebuild for almost nothing, you need work see the guys in Kutztown, Wenger is good at putting new parts on for high prices and of course for keeping your mower through the summer.
My first dealing with Mr. Wenger was last summer when my neighbor recommended that I take my broken pressure washer to him for repair. Although Mr. Wenger told me it was likely a pump which would be prohibitively expensive to replace I told him to go ahead and when he got into it he found it was just a washer which somehow had gotten out of position. He repair this and only charged me $20.
Therefore this fall when I had to replace my snowblower I went to Mr. Wenger and bought a new snowblower. It has worked quite well this winter although it had a minor glitch last week which he diagnosed over the phone and talked me through fixing. Now it's back up and running perfectly after my zero cost repair. .
I appreciate Mr. Wenger's honesty and product technical knowledge.
The Wengers are excellant people. I bought a nice used Dixon zero turn mower from them. Very nice mower! cut our mowing time in half. Since then he's fixed many small engines for us.
