The mechanic is the best! Maybe i shouldn't tell you that or he'll get too busy to work on our cars. But, yes, i just love this guy! His name is lewis.

I had used this shop for an A/C repair. While it was there I asked them to do the state inspection. They had me reschedule the inspection due to supposedly needing all 4 ball joints replaced. I was billed for the inspection at that time. Fast forward 3 weeks later to the inspection time/ ball joint replacement. I did not notice and play issues with the front end of the truck prior to taking the truck to Martins Auto. Also 1 of the suspected bad ball joints was replaced during last years inspect and the truck had less than 5000 miles on since then! They also said the u joints were in bad shape and some other misc. parts. At no point was I given an idea of what this was going to cost me. It took them a week to complete the repairs which is ridiculous. When I got the call about the truck being done I was told the price was over $3000! When I picked up the truck and looked over the bill they tried to charge me for another inspection! This got me thinking and I looked at the prices of the parts that were installed. Upon further investigation to the corresponding part numbers and taking the highest price for each part, I found Martin's Auto Center marks up there prices 20% to over %100 of the purchase price of local auto parts suppliers! Beware of there overpriced parts! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Great service and quality work is what we appreciate about Martin Auto Center. We had one of our vehicles inspected here again this past week, and again we were very pleased with the work they did and recommendations given. Lewis is the most jolly and nice mechanic we’ve ever had work on our vehicles.
Excellent customer service, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating with helping me get my car to pass inspection. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and honest mechanics!
I just have to tell you this story I think they're very overpriced they wanted to charge me $800 for replacing the sliding track on my door in my minivan and I complained about the price which I thought was very much overpriced cuz they put a markup on the part but it's not just a little markup it's a lot and now I've had the van back a week but two or three days afterwards the door still doesn't open up like it should I have to push the button sometimes five or six times before it will even open when I pay that kind of money to have something repaired I expected to be completely fixed very disappointed and I don't think I would recommend him to any of my family or friends I only went there because I heard they did electrical work which a lot of garages in our area don't do so Chestnut Hill recommended them because Justin the hill was too backed up and they didn't have time to get me in
Great friendly service. We started bringing our vehicles there and have not been disappointed. They know what they are doing and usually answer the phone, unlike certain other garages
Martins is one of the best shops around. The quality of service is amazing. The staff very friendly and helpful. Luis went above and beyond to help me get back on the road and even addressed some cosmetic issues I had with my car after hours in the rain. This is the type of shop you will want use for your vehicle and feel comfortable and confident in. The pricing here beats many others and they will do the best they can to work with you and your financial situation. Impossible to find a shop like this anymore.
Honest people, great service. They are dedicated to getting your car back on track and on the road. (for example, my 1997 CRV that failed inspection - they fixed it's many shortcomings in a sensible and affordable manner).
Had a saab 9-3. license plate lights stayed on so I took it to dealer an a couple of weeks later got pulled over by police for license plate lights not working. Took it to martin auto and they fixed the problem.
Excellent customer service and excellent mechanics. We are on the road traveling in a mortorhome and experienced a problem with our tow vehicle. They fit us in even disrupting their work schedule to get us back on the road. Kudos for the kindness and a job well done
