Fast and professional! When my truck broke down, Martin's Towing arrived very quickly. The driver, Ken, was awesome. He was kind and helpful. I would absolutely use this company again.
I experienced a flat tire and was from out of the area. I called my insurance and it was going to be a two hour wait for someone to come fix my flat. I called Martin’s towing and with in 20 minutes Ken arrived and fixed my flat. He then told me of a local tire place that would ensure to either fix or replace my existing tire. Ken is a gem! Highly recommend!! Great customer service and very personable! Thank you again! Very reasonable rates.
Absolutely furious. I had a tow scheduled to home, which the New Holland police said they wouldn't wait for, so i was forced to use this. Mind you they towed it literally 1.5 miles for $150, then $50 storage, then a $45 administrative fee. Mind you, my tow home TO READING (25 mi) was $172, this was $245!!! Gentleman thought I was just going to pay this without saying anything. Absolutely not. You're a towing company, you don't have "hours," so don't try to add $45. I wasn't leaving without the bill being reduced. I have no problem paying for the tow and their time (all 10 minutes of it), but I do have a problem with companies making arrangements with local municipalities, and then taking advantage of someone's misfortune.
At least the "administrative fee" was taken off. But I do feel like I was ripped off, big time.
Think it's very important to place this here should someone else have to deal with the New Holland Police, and you know what Martin's is trying to charge people. I'd expect to get ripped off in the city, not in the middle of rural Lancaster County. DO NOT USE THEM.
Have had to call for a tow more times than I can count in just the past 3 years. Every time we've called Martins and every time they have delivered. All the drivers have been super friendly and helpful. They do a great job. Today they sent Ken to my rescue. He was able to come right away and scooped up my hubbys car and brought it back home safely. I would definitely recommend them. Being in a position to NEED a tow stinks but knowing Martin's is there to help brings light to the situation.
We use Martins on a regular basis. They are the ones we trust when we want to be sure the car is transported safely and on time. I can highly recommend them. very nice, great custome service, reliable and trustworthy.

My car broke down in Hamburg around 45 miles from my home town. Martins tow truck was there in a very reasonable time, the driver was very nice and helpful.

Extremely helpful! After unsuccessfully dealing with my roadside service for about an hour to find someone available to tow, I personally reached out to Martin's. It was SO easy to get in contact with someone to tow my car. They were quickly available and made it convenient for me by sending me a text when they had picked up my car. The towing service was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Towed my car from a 30 foot wide lane for no legitimate reason. Was rude on short. The car was legally parked safely to the side because there was a fire and families lost their homes. The rude person on the phone lied and said the car was in the middle of the road. Bunch of scam artists that don't do good work and apparently didnt care.
Showed up an hour after opening time to find a locked and empty building. Called and was told I would have to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up. Oh, and they also parked my car on top of barbed wire, so that was cool. Will be contacting them (and maybe police) regarding damages.
DO NOT USE MARTINS TOWING. Got a flat tire at 3am, was one of the few 24 hour places available, they told me 45 minutes over an hour later (4:15) i called back and he said he had fallen back asleep and forgotten. Waited over an hour in the middle of the night for no service at all what a joke.
They were my service provider to tow me to the ford dealership well the accepted the job but they did not show up nor answered the phone..

Martin's Towing in New Holland is absolutely amazing. These guys actually do care about people in the community and outside the community thank you guys for your help.. they also have good prices compared to everybody else out there...
I'm very unpleased with the professionalism and the care that they took with my car. My car was pounded while on vacation. Returning home to pick it up, their where two MAJOR medal dents and scrathes. I confronted the manager Mr Martin and he says that it could have possible happened there but he won't be liable due to how long it's been sitting there. "Anything could have happened. I recorded this conversation and an now going to a hearing. Unacceptable.
