Starter went out in my car and had to get it towed. They showed up right on schedule (a bit early even), had my car on a flatbed in minutes and in the shop in no time. Prompt quote, service, and tow. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely pricey, especially with the weekend up-charge, but other than that, no complaints whatsoever. Definitely 5/5 star service.
Wow! My 20 year old Honda CR-V has seen better days and I left me sit in my apartment complex. I work near you guys and I thought I would call..I kid you not, Dave was there in 15-20 minutes. Ask me where I want it towed and sent me the bill via a text.. I have NEVER had this fast of service and professionalism from a towing company..Thank you!!!
Austin was prompt for pickup and very friendly! He was knowledgeable about how to properly tow my Tesla that had a dead battery and made sure he tried everything possible to jump the 12V battery before winching it on the truck. The price ended up being almost $100 lower than the estimate which was a nice surprise.
You, Austin and Bill went above and Björk beyond getting our car out of the snow. They shoveled they put down ice and up a slippery driveway. Great service great people. And Bill can back like no other man I’ve ever seen.

Called for a tow a snowy morning. Response was very efficient and quick (even taking into account they were probably quite busy with all the stuck cars that day).
Austin was excellent. He went about his work amiably and efficiently. I had to change the destination and he suggested a couple of places to take the car. He made a difficult start to the day much easier!
Bill is the man you want to come tow your car! This could not have been a better experience. After waiting over 4 hours for another company to come tow my vehicle, I requested they use someone else. I was fortunate enough to be assigned to Patriot and had Bill as the driver. Bill showed up within 15 minutes of being assigned, when it was estimated to be an hour. So already he showed up well before the estimated time. It took him maybe 5 minutes to get my car up on the truck and be on his way. Could not have been any easier and less stressful thanks to Bill! If I ever have issues in the future, definitely will be calling and requesting for Bill!
I had a flat on 283 near the 741 exit. Unfortunately I didn't have a spare tire on my truck. It was getting close to closing time for a number of tire repair shops so I called patriot towing to see if they could get me to a tire repair shop before closing. Austin was at my vehicle within 30 minutes of me calling in my initial tow request and within 14 minutes of when he called me to tell me he was on the way. He had me loaded up and dropped off to my destination well before closing time. You can't ask for better service than that.
Drove into PA from NYC, was about 3 hours into my 3.5 hour drive when my engine blew. Within 15 minutes from start to finish I was towed off the highway and straight to the nearest most reputable mechanic shop. Jim is a lifesaver. & although I never want to be in this situation again, I’m glad Jim / Patriot St. Denis was around to keep out of harms way on the highway and get me going again. A++ on all accounts!

Bill was phenomenal, he helped grab 2 cars one being a little trickier than an average job. He was polite, and very straight forward with everything and was patient as I asked questions. Will recommend him and you guys in the future as well as continuing to use you for my tows from now on!

My truck broke down in York RT 30 west bound due to overheating. Ended up calling a tow truck company called Patriot Towing and Recovery out of Mountville. The service they provided was efficient they hooked the truck up quickly and efficiently and they brought me back to the yard in no time. Both tow truck drivers were respectful and safe. Would definitely recommend them.
Patriot, yet again, has come to my rescue. My family and I were headed out of the county when our serpentine belt decided it wanted to snap off. It just started snowing. We broke down in paradise pa. From the time I called them to the time the driver Matt arrived, it was about 35-40 minutes, which is outstanding, especially where i was at. Matt arrived and quickly got to work. He loaded my car and got us back home safely. Thank you, Matt, for your professionalism and great service.

Bill was great. I'd use patriot again. My shop is in PA but my car was in rural Maryland. GPS wasn't very helpful but Bill found the car and got it picked up without any issue.
