I purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX near the end of March of 2026. Overall, id say the experience was OK.
After test driving the vehicle I asked for the vibration to be checked and corrected, which I was assured it would be for purchase as well as a keyfob, as the alarm went off when using the manual key to start it up. I also asked for it to be placed on a lift to check for body rust, to which the salesman obliged.
Over the next few days, while I secured separate financing, I was in contact with Nathan, the salesman. The tech had balanced the wheel in question to resolve the vibration issue and a new key fob was supplied. So I moved forward with signing documents. Just before signing Nate backpedaled and informed me that the vehicle did not come with an engine warranty ( as they replaced the OEM short block; and claimed multiple times that it came with a warranty), but did come with a power train warranty.
Nathan and the technician were pleasant to speak with as fellow car enthusiasts. Nathan appeared a bit disorganized and couldn't place me when I called and dropped in. He seemed to be wheeling and dealing, so I chalked it up as being busy. I get it no biggie.
After I purchased, I immediately drove home and placed on stands. I found the vibration issue most likely caused by an end-link on that side was snapped in half and front rotors were slightly warped. The "newer tires/brakes rotors" wasn't true. The tire associated with the endlink (FR) was on the wear bars. the other tires (I checked prior to purchase), while slightly dry rot had plenty of tread. Now I can't even drive the thing until I get a fresh set of tires and install new endlinks because of AWD. When trying to pull the front tires off I had a hell of a time with a breaker bar, pb blaster, and a torch due to two lug nuts being torqued down too hard. I had to replace a couple nuts and a wheel stud. The rest of the work on the car seems to have been done well, if it's the truth; time will tell.
Word to the wise. Take the vehicle to another shop for a PPI and for a long test drive. I was too excited and rushed. I believed them because that's how I independently operate, off of trust, and now it's costing me some serious cash and time.

I can’t do this anymore. i bought this 2011 corolla for $8k that was supposedly in “great condition” cigarette burns on the seats, broke plastic aside. I have now spent over $4500 replacing parts in this car. the starter, breaks, tires, fans, +many more. and soon will need a battery replacement. Hope the owner feels good scamming my mother who thought it would be nice to buy her son his first car.

Nathan was nice and helped us out during the buying process. But then not even a month of having the vehicle we ran into issues with it. It won't start and we had to have it towed to a garage. Worked hard and struggled to get a needed vehicle and now we can't even use it all before the first payment on the thing was due! I get it's a used vehicle and issues will arise. But it is completely ridiculous that this vehicle was gone over and said to be an amazing vehicle in excellent condition and in less than a month it breaks down! Absolutely disappointed in the vehicle.
Great place to buy a vehicle from with friendly salespeople!! I wanted a Honda Civic, as I am a college student and know Honda's reliability, and they offered the best deal! In January it will be 2 years since I have bought my civic from here, and haven't once been disappointed.
I would not recommend cooper auto sale .
Not what ive been going through .truck NOT starting sometime n they lied on line about power windows .i even ask them to come down on price since there was no power windows the saleman said no . its a 2007
But still .ive been putting up with this for 2 yrs 10,000. Was to much .i was going to take it down have it checked out why it dont start at time. thought no they didnt fix my tailgate HANDEL so i figure they wouldn't do this right

I left a list 2 pages long of what to not touch and how to service my vehicle and they followed it to a T. Including wearing the gloves i provided to keep my truck clean. Its not just my daily driver, it's a show car. Thanks for the great service!!!
