Start to finish, the entire process was a positive experience. The people at Wheelzy were efficient and courteous. Communication was continual and helpful. Car was picked up on time without any issues. Everything concerning this entire transaction went very smoothly. Nice service culture.
I would not recommend Wheelzy at all. This was by far the worst experience I have had in a while. I lost count of how many times I had to call just to get someone to remove my junk car. Every time I called, it was a different person. There was never any real consistency with this process or finding me a driver to remove the vehicle. The communication was terrible with the drivers and the call center. The tow truck driver would barely reach out or call you back. I had to call the company several times to get in touch with them. I finally managed to have an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 01/7 at 1 pm. With the driver himself. On the day of the scheduled appointment, I called the driver to confirm the time, but he never answered or returned my call. I had no choice but to call the company just for them to patch me in a phone call with the driver, only for him to tell me that he would send someone out at 4 pm. I was disappointed but I said ok. 4pm comes around, there is no phone call and no one in sight. I could understand if there was any delay, but the problem was that no one communicated that there was any issue. I called the company twice. The first time was 4:25pm. The woman on the phone assured me the driver was on the way and would contact me soon. I say ok and move on. Fast forward, it is now 5:04pm. I was upset. I called again, and the man on the other end was rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful to me as I was venting my frustration about not being in contact with the driver. I decided to hang up on him before I became belligerent. Fast forward again. It is now 7:25 pm. I get a call from a out of state number. I answer and to my surprise it is the tow truck driver. He asked me if he could still come over to pick up the car. Frustrated and defeated, I agree only to get this painful process over with. Fast forward again, it is now 9:10pm, and the driver is just pulling up or rather backing up? I have no idea why he came up the entire street backing in? The exchange was awkward, but I did get the price that was promised to me. This will be the first and last time I will ever go through this company. It was by far the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I have had this year.
Great service, driver called ahead to let me know he will be arriving on time.
Loaded my old Dodge Ram on modern rollback and he was back on the road.

My mom and I had such a great experience. Great communication, from calls to text and emails. We got paid the day of pick up we didn’t go through any hassle. You know how much you’re going to get paid before they even pick up.
I got ripped off by these people the told me they was gonna buy my van for one price but when they got here lowered after they already had my vehicle hooked up on the truck would not recommend anyone to go thru them
I talked to 4 different people in an effort to find out when the driver was going to show up. I was told twice that they would contact the driver and call me right back, which never happened. Yeah finally got a call from the driver 4 minutes after the pick up window between 9-11am, saying he’d be there in 20 minutes. Then the driver said my catalytic converter was after market and he had to call so they could make a new offer which was less than half of the original. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! unless you want to be scammed and have your time wasted. The only reason they get any stars is so I could post this warning to people at all.
Driver was earlier than quoted, which was wonderful. With me communication is a huge deal and these folks went above and beyond. The tow truck driver was super nice and very helpful. Highly Recommend these folks to anyone.
Awesome service they not only gave me a great price for my van, they also made sure that the driver that was picking me up got a hold of me. Would highly recommend if u ever need to junk a vehicle.
Had a little trouble getting a time for the tow truck to arrive, but after they got things straightened out, the driver was out exactly when he said he would be here, was very nice, gave me my money and the car was gone.
Excellent experience with these people on time actually early I think and I got exactly what they told me they would give me took a whole 5 minutes good place to get rid of your car.

Aaron was great they gave me a quote I was happy with. The process is exactly what they say!! Honestly this was the easiest process of selling a car then iv ever expected. They cut a check right on the spot when they come get the vehicle. I normally don’t do reviews but anyone that is looking to sell their car and don’t want the hassle go with them!!!
