Very friendly and helpful and patiently answered all off my questions. They provided me with a courtesy loaner vehicle for the time they had my car. Great service and great results!

Came without an appointment. Gentleman poked around a few minutes to diagnose and then another few minutes to fix. Quick and successful. Even though their schedule was packed with no availability for a week. I had to force him to take a $10 too as he kept refusing. Seemed very knowledgeable. Thank you SO MUCH!

We were tired of small scratches on new 2024 F350. Had considered Ceramic coating but we read about Icon Rocklear which is a superior coating with 15 year warranty We spoke to Brent who answered all our questions on both coatings, and sent videos of the process We got Icon Rocklear coating on truck and are extremely pleased. The truck looked good already, but after the coating, really shines Intercourse Automotive 4x4 did an amazing job, kept us updated on status, and contacted us to discuss a couple items to make sure we would be happy with the finished product, which we are. Truck looks amazing, and we are very happy with mechanics at the shop, will return soon to have our other vehicle coated.

Had the Icon Locklear applied to a 2015 Chevy pickup. Also had truck detailed including engine detail. Truck looks like it just came out of a new truck showroom. Highly recommend.

John and Alvin were a pleasure to work with and the detail shop was impressive. They applied the Icon Rocklear coating and completed L2 interior detail. I’m very pleased! The Icon made the metallic Purpleite pop! I’m a recommender of IA!

Recently had my very filthy neglected Range Rover detailed here and it looks and smells like a brand new vehicle!!! Honestly the best detailing I have ever had done! Highly recommend!

My truck's a 2005 Dodge pickup truck that was well past due to be cleaned up. I'm sure they broke their backs trying to get the rugs and floor mats all cleaned out I probably had more mud in there than the Mississippi River drops in the delta. The job took them probably the better part of the day on my truck and I thought it looks okay considering how bad it was. I can't say if the price was reasonable or not due to the fact that I hadn't had the truck cleaned by anyone else before. The folks themselves are very pleasurable to deal with I'm sure you'll have no problem at this business

I had my ten year old 96,000 mile E350 detailed at Intercourse Automotive. Brent did a great job it looks better than when it rolled off the Mercedes Benz dealer lot. I do highly recommend them taking care of your car. I hear they work on trucks as well.

I was making a right hand turn in Leola and I had a I clipped a curb the gentleman behind me just happened to be a mechanic he helped me jack up my car and replace my tire with my spare and also let me know what needs replaced on my car. He is very knowledgeable very kind and I recommend going to this garage if you need work done

What a complete never-ending nightmare I had to go through while being serviced by this place! I took my truck to Intercourse Automotive 4x4 (since I heard great things) to get my transmission serviced since it was having issues, but I experienced the total opposite of Great. They assumed they found the problem but after the “fix,” my vehicle got a whole lot worst than before i took it in and sadly, i still had to pay for the overpriced “service,” and labor. I’m not done yet… One of the techs took my truck out for a joyride after service and backed into a mailbox, and destroyed the tailgate which led to my truck being out for service for another 2 weeks to get a new one. I’m warning you, PLEASE stay away from this place if you care about your vehicle.

Got a very detailed comprehensive report on what was wrong with my truck and worked with the team to figure out what the appropriate things to tackle first were and got it done! Truck looks and drives great! Love the great communication, free wash, the loaner and will certainly be coming back to have more work done in the future

This business is outstanding, we were on vacation and had brake problems, Taylor came out to assess the problem and told us he could have it fixed in a couple of hours, and they did! He was very polite and professional, and very fair on pricing! Give them a call if you need mechanical work done! Thank You Intercourse auto!!

Was stranded with tire problems at a shopping center.Taylor dispatched a tech who filled our tire with air and lead us back safely to the shop. He even waited for us as we caught a red light in route. Once there. a diagnosis and repair were handled quickly and professionally. Can not thank the team enough. Wished I lived closer to let them service my car on a regular basis.

Intercourse automotive is really thorough with vehicle inspection and general look overs. It’s worth the money for the work that I needed. Alvin really did a good job on my truck with installation of parts and repairs. Definitely will bring my vehicles here anytime.

Love small family owned businesses, very personable. You're not just a number but a person with a problem, that they solve promptly and with confidence, taking the burden from u. They provided a loaner vehicle so I was not without transportation while they serviced my vehicle. I would highly recommend Intercourse Automotive 4X4 and will keep them at the top of my mechanic list.

Staff here truly went above and beyond when our car broke down while on vacation. They got the work covered by warranty and ensured the vehicle would be ready by the end of our quick stay in Pennsylvania. This was no easy task right before labor day weekend, but they did it. They saved us thousands and helped us every step of the way. I cannot recommend or thank them enough!!!!

During our visit to the area our car's battery light came on. We were panicked as we were far away from home, traveling with our children and had many activities set up for the week while vacationing there. Everyone we spoke to there were very pleasant to communicate with, and they did a great job with the repairs. They ran a diagnostic to determine the problem and took our car the following day to work on it. We appreciated their knowledge, expertise and most importantly for making these repairs in a timely manner. Thank you!!

Intercourse Automotive 4x4 provides a reliable services; especially, the owner, Alvin; who is trustworthy, respectful and dependable professional. He resolved the load and low clearance issues of my 2021 Mercedes Benz Metris Getaway (a camper van). He researched and suggested me to replace the van's rear coil springs with the heavy duty OEM coil springs. With this solution, it provides me with a firm ride and better handling with the vehicle and lifts the van 1 inch higher in the rear. In addition, He is going to fabricate a set of spacers that will provides additional 1 inch lift in the rear in the near future. I look forward to this enhancement. Over all, I am satisfied with the results. On 4/21/2022, Alvin personally installed the spacers to lift additional 1 inch to the rear of the camper van. This gives the vehicle more ground and tire clearance (please see attached picture). Overall, I am very happy with the results of the work. On 8/17/2022, we completed the long anticipated cross country road trip in our small cozy camper van. We traveled 8,850 miles in 25 days and passed through 15 states. The enhancement with heavy coil rear springs and additional 1" spacers in the rear has improved the driving experiences!

Whenever I am on a trip to the area I am always assured that if my car needs service or a repair that I know a place where they’ll help me. Great people, kind, honest and reputable. My car recently broke down while on vacation and they were all there for me. We only had 4 days after working hard, saving up to go away and I don’t feel like our trip was impacted much at all. They took us right in, were communicating through the whole process, very clear about what the car needed, the expenses, what needed to be done, all of it. The last thing anybody wants is a car repair while on vacation but Intercourse Automotive made the experience as painless as they possibly could and did a really great job!!!

While I am grateful for the service, competence, and overall genuine concern for my needs, a 6 minute repair (valve core in a stem and re-inflate) it was in my opinion a bit pricey. Keep in mind, that's just me. It is 2022 and not 1982. The shame of it is, I have road hazzard coverage on the tires! The shop is located in Lancaster. The technician was exceptional!!! Genuine and caring. Thank you for the service. I appreciate the effort.

Alvin and his crew are awesome!! They put a six and a half inch BDS Lift Kit in my truck and did an incredible job. I recommend them for any 4 x 4 needs, they are thorough and very skilled.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires resulting in a flat tire on the second day of our vacation. One of the technicians walked over to the motel we were staying at with an air tank , filled the tire, drove it back to their shop, patched it and found several other safety things I needed done, too . They were respectful, professional, and service was top quality at a great value. Would highly recommend.

Arrived in town Sunday 8/11/19 with a hissing noise every time the brakes were pressed. Had been going on since NJ. Asked at our motel of decent auto body shops around and were referred to both Intercourse 4x4 as well as another local shop. Called early Monday morning and spoke to Taylor. When asked if I could drop the truck off at 8:30 I told him that we were going on a farm tour at that time, could I drop it off sooner. He told me to come right over and asked if I needed a complimentary loaner vehicle until mine was ready, which in itself was incredible. Called me within 2 hours of dropping it off to let me know what was wrong with it along with the cost to repair. Dan, who had called me also stated that the part would be there by about noontime and I would have my car back later in the day. He also told me that my engine fluid was a little low and would I like them to add more. Call came in about 4pm that my truck was ready. Not only did they fix the problem but didn't charge me for the engine fluid AND washed the truck!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dan, Taylor and Intercourse 4x4. Great honest people!!! If you are ever in need, they should be your go to.
