After a year long search for a particular car and having no luck finding it, I called Eric at Huber’s Auto Group. He found exactly what I was looking for in less than 24 hours. Eric was very transparent about pricing and the whole transaction went quickly and smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the buying process.
Had high hopes. I was recommended by numerous people to use huber’s. Most of the work done on my cars I do myself. Needed an alignment very easy place to deal with until the car went inside, I was told an alignment could not be preformed due front tie rods being seized, last time I had it aligned that shop told me they were bad so they replaced them about 20-25k ago, well after picking my car up from hubers. I wanted to see how bad they were and aside a torn boot they loosened right up, Also was told the rear beam bushings were bad, hardly the case they have some dry rot to them but it’s a very high mileage car and there is no play in those bushings or anything else that would warrant replacement or inability to preform an alignment. Nothing irritates me more than a shop spewing misinformation to the customer. Don’t take the work if you don’t wanna do it. On top of all that I still had to pay labor I assume that was for the inspection of the vehicle that I didn’t ask for. Seems like newer lower mileage vehicles are more in there wheel house of what they wanna work on.
I was interested in a 2024 Corvette for sale at Huber's Group..I called sales and talked with Eric about this car...I got to sales quickly and Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about this car. He was friendly and did not pressure me to purchase. Ive been using huber for two years now between maintenance and rental services. Ive spent over 5k in the course of those two years alone. I recently purchased a honda OEM part that i thought i would install myself but changed my mind. I called to have that part installed as well as several other things i did not have and figured id get done with it. I was also planning on renting a car while it was being worked on so probably another 1200 dollars was to be spent. But man was I shocked when they said they wouldn't install the OEM replacement part. Mind you my very first service performed here this was done for me for a headlight assembly i brought in for install. You would think if i was able to do it as a brand new customer on a 100 dollar part id be allowed to do it after being loyal for 2 years and with an 8 dollar part lol. i guess that was just to get me to keep coming. I was even willing to travel from E town to ephrata to get this work done. Sad ill have to find a new shop
Van Rental - If the fuel wasn't full enough for you, I think it would be nice if you inform me before charging my card. Unfortunately I don't know if the fuel was or wasn't below the full level. Maybe additional profit? Next time you can mark on the gauge exactly where you want the gas level to be when van is returned. I will only return when someone is there so they confirm gas was "full". I guess I need to trust you just like you didn't trust me when I said I couldn't get the rear AC to blow for my passengers, and the turn signal bulb was blown. Maybe you would like to bill my card for a bulb and a fan relay also?
This group does a fantastic job servicing my a4. They complete all work in a timely manner, and always call in advance letting you know what they’ll be working on, provide recommendations, and what you will need for your next service. No where else I’d rather get my audi serviced, especially since they specialize in european cars.

Excellent experience. I was in the market for a Tesla Model 3 and Huber had pretty much the lowest of any dealership in my area. Eric and Eric were very friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was nothing like that of a typical dealership- not pushy, no haggling, no pressure, they felt like family. We were able to work out a deal with a trade in so my purchase would qualify for the EV tax credit. Great experience, we will definitely be back to purchase cars in the future!

I have never seen service of this quality when purchasing a vehicle (new or used) and would recommend Huber's to everyone.
My wife and I did not go with Huber Auto Group as the vehicle, while very nice, was not exactly what we were looking for. However, I really appreciated the down-to-earth personality of everyone who worked there; they were not showy or fake, and there was no pressure sales. The best way I can describe it is that, unlike other places I have bought a car from, I did not feel the need to take a shower after leaving. The people I dealt with felt like good people that I could worship Jesus with on Sunday morning.
I highly recommend Huber’s to do any repair on your vehicle while doing the repairs on my vehicle. They went above and beyond to do just a service check to make sure everything was working properly and all my fluids were good that to me knows that they take pride and care and what they do. While my car was being serviced, I also rented a beautiful 2025 Volkswagen just to get me by until they were done with my car to my surprise not even four hours later they found the issue and had me back in my car within a few hours. Definitely found my car a home shop! Thank you Huber’s!

Huber’s has some of the best people in the business Eric Huber is extremely personable and friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. Just purchased my wife’s Tiguan and even without a sales person in he made sure we were taken care of. I’ve bought two other vehicles in the past and it was always a wonderful experience. They are always available for any questions I’ve had on my purchases! I have had very few issues with any of the vehicles I have bought and if so it was extremely minor and they took care of it promptly.
