Had to get my vehicle towed to a garage and the were able to pick up my vehicle within a half hour from me calling. They are very professional. I would have them tow my vehicle anytime
We had one of our company vehicles towed to Wayne's after an accident. They were the easiest garage to work with that I've ever used after we've had a company accident. I will be using their services again in the future!
Terrible customer service they get mad when things don’t go there way they priced gouged me for a 12k tow withheld my keys after paying the bill I would not recommend this place to any trucker they only care about there pockets
Derrick and Brian are both employees and very disrespectful and don’t like when they are spoken to the same way they speak it’s either Wayne’s way or the hwy pls do not work with this company from an fellow trucker to another
Great customer service and fast response. Had to call for a lock out service. Tommy got there within 15 minutes and had the car open quick and efficiently. Had to call for an elderly parent and couldn't have asked for a better experience and personnel onsite.
As a former fire department member, Wayne's staff always responded promptly to an accident scene, quickly cleared the wreckage and cleaned up every bit of glass and debris from the roadway.

Predatory, Greedy, and Heartless – Avoid at All Costs
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. After my daughter was in a car accident, this tow company arrived and towed her vehicle just 7 minutes away. Instead of showing any compassion or professionalism, they immediately turned the situation into a money grab.
When I went to retrieve her personal belongings from the vehicle, they refused to let me access them unless I paid over $300 and signed over the car title to them. That’s right—just to get our own belongings out of the car, they wanted cash plus ownership of the vehicle. Absolutely outrageous.
These people are nasty, unprofessional, and clearly not here to serve the community—they're here to exploit vulnerable people in crisis. What kind of company sees a family dealing with the aftermath of an accident and thinks, “How much money can we squeeze out of them?”
They have no compassion, no integrity, and should be investigated for these predatory tactics. Do yourself a favor—if you or your loved ones are ever in an accident, tell the police or first responders you want a different tow company. This one is only driven by greed.

My tire had a huge crack in it, & was leaking air like crazy. I called Triple A & they sent me Emoni. He was friendly, fast, & efficient, & had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Great service!
Waynes Towing cares about their customers starting with front desk. Unfortunately I had several tows in past weeks. Alyssa made this process so effortless and went above helping me. I had open heart surgery and she made sure everything got done with little effort on my part which I appreciated immensely. From Alyssa to drivers Wayne will give you excellent service.
Had an issue with our Silverado and needed it towed to the dealer. Chevy roadsidesent Wayne's as the tower. What a great business. The driver was super friendly and had a great attitude even in the cold and rainy weather, and on a Monday no less! He hauled our truck onto the flatbed, strapped him in, asked if I was coming along, I said no, I wasnt needed, then he was off. From the time I called Chevy dealer, 7:30am, till the driver arrived, loaded and left, it was 8:40am. That's with Chevy Roadside being a middle man. One hour. That's incredible to me. That's service. Thanks to Wayne's for a great experience. And should I ever need assistance again, they're my first call.
My husband and I were in an accident at the beginning of March. We are okay, thank God! The police called the towing company to tow our car. Unfortunately, I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, so we didn’t catch the name of the driver. They were professional and courteous when we got our stuff from the car. A day or two later, we realized we forgot something in the car. We called, and they pulled the E-ZPass from the car and held it until we were able to pick it up. Honestly, the towing company was the only pleasant thing from the whole ordeal. Thank you!
I was in an accident and my sister who holds a triple a membership was present at the scene showed her triple a card and the owner said it wouldn't work because I wasn't the triple a account holder. When it's worked that way every time before. Even the cop agreed she thought it worked that way. What it was is that the owner wanted to pocket the 450 dollar tow job for himself instead of triple a taking care of it with whatever contract they have in place. Also 450 dollars for a tow was a total fleece job. Then to top it off the guy wanted to be even more of a sleeze and not let my sister use her triple a membership to cover the towing of my car. A terrible experience that I hope noone ever has to go through. Tonight I looked into the eyes of a greedy and incredibly rude person. Who was said to be the owner. So just hope you don't end up with that guy and need to use a family members triple a card to get yourself out of a jam. Cause this guy is going to try to fleece every penny out of you and you'll end up with your car in the impound. If I could rate zero stars I would. 1 star is to generous
Wayne's towing responded after an accident I had. The service was prompt, the driver was awesome and he took care not to make the damage even worse. He was very careful with handling my car. I appreciate Wayne's great service!
I recently experienced a seizure while driving, which caused me to lose control and wreck my vehicle. After the accident, my truck was towed to Wayne’s. When I arrived there, still unaware of the extent of the damage, I was greeted by an incredibly kind employee named Kim. She walked me to my truck, and seeing the damage for the first time was an overwhelming experience.
Kim was calm and reassuring, letting me know that my truck was not totaled and that the damage was entirely repairable. By the time I walked back into the office, she had already written down three recommendations for reputable body shops known for their excellent work. Within an hour, Wayne’s had towed my truck to the shop I selected for a small fee, and the necessary parts for repairs were ordered the same day.
Kim went above and beyond by significantly reducing the cost of the services they provided, and her kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation much more manageable. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend Wayne’s for anyone in need of towing or recovery services—they truly deserve the highest praise.
We were in a scary accident on the highway involving a deer and both drivers that came out were kind, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They arrived at the scene very quickly and even invited us to stay at the shop as we waited for our ride.
After an incident which left my car disabled, I got to have the experience of working with Wayne's Towing. The man who helped me, Tommy, was efficient, personable, and went out of his way to make me feel at ease in what a stressful situation. He even helped me out with an extra ride which he didn't have to do ; it was something I appreciated greatly. I felt much more at ease because of my interaction with him, and if he is an example of all the employees with the company, then I recommend this company wholeheartedly!
This is the second time we've worked with Wayne's. This time was a horrible accident in our driveway and they towed the car but also cleaned up the debris from the wreck quickly and thoroughly. And everyone there from the company was very professional and polite. Thank you!
This is the second time in like a month I’ve had to use Wayne’s, literally all for the exact same reason in the exact same car in the exact same place.
Emoni helped me with both situations, first one was late at night and first one was in the morning, each time he was cool as hell, personable, and helped me out incredibly quickly. The second time I used Wayne’s, Emoni called and knew exactly who I was because of my car and where it was at and he personally reassured me he’d be here immediately and he was and got into my car lickety split, all while being awesome.
Emoni - you’re a real one and I hope to god I don’t have to use you to get my keys out of my car again, at least for a long while. But if I had to choose anybody, I’d choose you to fetch them because you’re so damn good at it.
Older cars mean a higher chance of the need for towing services. So, we have experience with local towing companies. Fortunately, Lancaster has Wayne’s Towing (via AAA)! Wayne’s BEST technician & our fav is Tommy- no matter how upset or frustrated I am, Tommy never fails to arrive with a smile on his face and words that calm, instill knowledge & trust. That was this morning (again ) but Tommy arrived quickly, put us at ease & took care of everything. Thanks Tommy & Wayne’s Towing- we appreciate your hard work!
Dereck D. with Wayne's Towing and Recovery (I called through AAA) was awesome- very calm, kind, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me with my car when it was on the side of 283 and a piece of metal had come down from under the hood. I so appreciate his help and would highly recommend! I've had good experiences in the past with Wayne's Towing and Recovery when I've had to call through AAA with locked keys in my car.
So I didn't have my car towed but the 2 men Brian and I believe Andrew helped my family. We are from out of town and my husband and I along with our son broke down and pulled into Wayne's towing as my car completely shut off. Those two men helped us a great deal getting my car back on the road so we could make it home. Exceptional men working at this establishment amd I can't thank you guys enough.
Today, Andrew picked my car up on the side of the road after my old reliable gave out. He made sure to get the window rolled up, since my battery died while waiting. He let me know that my battery wasn't looking good. He was kind and reassuring and personable. I will refer to Wayne's if I know anyone in need in the area.
This happened a little while ago. My power steering just went out while I was driving. I didn't feel comfortable driving it with the distance I needed to go. Emoni was so kind and helpful. Answered the 50,000 questions my little one asked with patience and kindness, while dealing with my anxiety ridden self! Honestly the best service I've ever had.
My elderly parents (don't tell them I called them that!) got a flat tire roadside and needed a lock nut key from Nissan to get the tire off. Sadly, I didn't get the driver's name from Wayne's towing, but he was was efficient, capable and courteous as he got what was needed and brought it to us. Many thanks for the high quality of service.
