Didn't have an appointment scheduled. Dropped truck off and they fit it in. Also noticed the inspection was due next month and did that right away. Good service. Would recommend.

Hibshman’s is the best shop I found in this area since we moved here a few years back. They do excellent work that is done right the first time. The customer service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and they take the time to talk to you and explain the work they performed. I found that to be impressive since it’s seems to be a pretty busy shop.
We were 2 hours away from home and blew a coolant house, tried to fix it ourselves with no success took the car here. The staff was so friendly and accommodating the car was completed in 45 minutes. At a reasonable price and definitely service with a smile from the girls in the front to the mechanics. Would highly recommend.....
They were so wonderful! We had car trouble on our way home to Virginia, and they took care of it very fast and for a very reasonable price. They even let us borrow a loaner car for the night so we could make it to a hotel. Highly recommend!
I have been using Hibshman's Auto Service for many years now. Their service is the best! They have always fixed problems with my car and truck in a very timely fashion. They can be trusted to do the work that is needed. They will recommend additional service to prolong the life of my vehicles but have never pressured me to do extra work. Their recommendations have always helped my cars run smoothly. So I am glad they take time to let me know about some prevented maintenance tips. Their pick up and drop off service is also great. Plan to keep using them for many years to come.

Knowledgeable staff, and easy to work with. When vehicles are in for inspection and need repairs, txt message with a link sent to inform of repairs that need to be made, or a phone call to discuss the issues that need addressed, and price to have repairs made.
Knowledgeable, friendly service. Office and restroom are neat and tidy. They call to let you know what is needed and let you decide what you can afford to get done. When I worked close to this Auto Service, someone would come get my car and return it before I needed to leave work. Very helpful.
Hibshman's do quality work, they are honest & informative. They call with estimate before doing repairs. They have "loaner" vehicles so you are not out of a vehicle while yours is being repaired. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I had my blazer there for a alignment and fix a few parts after running it off the road and when i got it back they said they fixed everything and now I find out the main frame was twisted to and they didn't even tell me
If you're looking for a reliable family-owned repair shop, this is it. Great facility, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable accommodations like towing, pickup/drop off, and loaner cars.
I took my vehicle here for yearly inspection. It had just gotten to 100k miles, so naturally, things were starting to wear out. The engine light was on and I alerted them that I had an evap system leak and had smelled gas a few times (I checked the diagnostic code beforehand) but I didn't know for sure if that was the cause of the light. They were fairly helpful in getting the work done promptly including a new fuel pump but I did end up with a ton of repairs. After paying them almost two thousand dollars, I took the car home. Within a week, my engine light was back on. I was extremely frustrated that after spending all that money that I still would be having an issue. I checked the code and it again, was evap system leak. I called them and explained that I was upset this was happening so soon again and questioned the work that I had done. They offered to look at it again for free (I mean that's a given) and then I discovered that they hadn't even run steam through the system in the first place nor had done the proper test drive after the repairs to ensure the light didn't come back on. The first thing any good mechanic should do is to run steam through the evap system and not just assume that the problem they see firsthand is the cause of the engine light. On second time in the shop, the mechanic discovered a leak in one of the lines which was small but is probably the cause of the light. It was right by the wheel and since I had new struts put in, I asked how it wasn't noticed during the inspection. He stated that it wasn't part of the inspection process and then the Customer Service Rep did admit as well that because my bill was so high, they didn't want to look for any other "problem areas" on the car. I would have preferred to be aware of any other issues, even if they're not urgent or are small things I might want to get replaced in the future. Another auto body shop told me that my brakes also would need replaced within the year, but Hibshmans never mentioned anything about brakes which is a part of inspection for sure. I was very dissatisfied and would never go back to them. I find it odd that such an old business has only a few reviews on Facebook and there's none anywhere else.
