I initially had an issue with being contacted.....for good reason. Afterward, absolutely no problem whatsoever. Great, awesome, would go again and again. They do everything they can to satisfy their customers.
Helped me find the right part I needed, good price, and even to tried to help me install it. I had a broken rear windshield wiper arm, made of cheap plastic. They found me a used one that was all metal and will last longer. Thank you.

In the process right now dealing with them over the holidays. Answered right away first time I called but had some issues getting a hold of them the 2nd time I called. It is the holidays and one of them was sick. They are very nice and offered me a very fair price on my highlander that blew the engine right before the holidays.Even offered to transfer the new tires off the vehicle to my old one for free. Obviously this is still in the process but 5 stars in my book so far.
