Absolutely run away from this place!!!! I ordered a part for my vehicle I received the WRONG PART when returning the part they didn’t give me a full refund when I called about they return policy they put me on hold 2x once for 15 minutes another for 10 mins when I called a 3rd time I asked to speak to a manager who wouldn’t give me his name wouldn’t even answer if he’s the manager demanded my name though told me they do no refunds & hung up on me. I had questions & got nothing but absolute rudeness. Recommending to everyone I know not to use this place. Picture attached is my radiator with the new one I had bought on top of it. CLEARLY YOU CAN SEE THE PART I WAS GIVEN IS TO SMALL & NOT THE SAME!!!
Update to owner. I was very nice on the phone all 3x I called. However I was treated rudely by a man who wouldn’t give me his name so I knew who I was speaking to who told me you don’t do refunds & hung up. All the information was given correctly. As for when the part got returned I had someone else do it due to me having to work when I got my receipt & money back I wasn’t given the the full amount I wasn’t even told told how the return policy is when I went & got the part from pick up which is why when I called trying to figure out why money is missing to see what happened I was completely shocked with how I was treated as a paying customer. This is the 1st time I ever had an issue buying a part from any car parts place/ manufacturer. I don’t think I will ever be back or recommend anyone in the future to go here since I was never told/explain how a return policy works here and was treated so rudely when trying to figure out what had happened. The radiator was roughly $180 it was $174.86 I believe & was only given back $100 what I needed to know & understand was why $74 was taken from it, even for a return fee/shipping fee as you just stated seems very high but if that’s where it went thank you for clearly it up now instead of when I was trying to understand the day of.Nov 28, 2025 -

Send a man if you’re a woman!! They ripped off my daughter. Told her a 15”rim can be substituted for a 17” then charged her 50 bucks. After my son in law called and gave them grief, she was able to return it. But while she was waiting a Latino gentleman went in, pulled a hose off the car himself & they said 100 dollars!! For a hose!! Be for real!! They are terrible people.

Had everything that we were looking for and then some. Staff was polite and helpful. Prices reasonable. We drove an hour and a half to this nice little gem in Scranton.

The worst experience I've had over the phone. I live an hour away, was trying to see if the parts I needed for my car where available. The guy was inpatient, I understand that he was alone but he really didn't want to attend to me & told me call the dealership & just hung up on me very rude & disrespectful. Wil never call them again. Also will let others know the poor customer service this places has. If I could've gave 0 stars I would of.

Disappointed bought a trans bc my kid cracked his. Mechanic took 3 weeks to get to it and when got on lift noticed the rest of the car had issues and not worth repairing. Called several times about returning it per there policy written right on receipt within 30 days got the run around. Told me should have looked at the car first. I'm sorry that we recently bought it and don't have a lift to check frame. Said would call me back never did. Needless to say I won't do business there or suggest anyone to do as well.

I've called this junkyard for parts multiple times. Every time they tell me the price it is 2-3 times the price of their competition and they never have the parts pulled and ready to go. Denaples is always cheaper and has the parts on the shelf ready to go.

Picked up a used truck this morning that they were selling on Facebook Marketplace, it was exactly as shown and described. Bob and Billy are good guys I’d do business with them anytime.

Not even worth going there if they have your part. Bob the owner just talks and talks to everyone he knows that walks in which is great and all but it’s terrible to wait over an hour to get a part that was quickly pulled. I will never be returning even to get the other parts I was going to order through them.

Bought a steering rack from Morgan's auto parts, great price, looked clean. Got it home and it wasn't the right one, my mistake I gave them the wrong information. Called to see if they would return it and they took it back without hesitation and apologized even though it wasn't their fault.

Terrible junkyard they advertise they have this nationwide part locater that you here about every time you call and get put on hold right away for 5 minutes minimum or longer but after waiting on hold they tell you “your part could be here could not be here and to bring your tools and take a look at over 5k cars because I have to many cars here to tell you what’s available and what’s not” so again why advertise and nation wide part locator freakin jag offs and I don’t work for you either you get paid to take my parts off so thts wht you’ll do

Worst phone experience, lost a sale before it happened. Asked price for steel rims, he asked me what size, and when I took 10 seconds to look at my notes he said no problem, I’ll keep the customers at the front desk waiting, take your time. I asked him what price, and he asked, what are you offering? I said I don’t know what they normally go for, $20? He ridiculed me and said I would buy 1,000 of those if you could find them for that price, you have a good day sir. I asked what price are you asking, $50, he said we have three of them. I wanted to confirm the rim type, so I got an email to send a picture to, he barely took the time to repeat the email address and hung up on me. Didn’t even wait to finish the phone call. He can keep his rims, I would give 0 stars if I could. Unbelievable!

Terrible customer service, would NOT recommend. Tried to return a part unused and was denied. the receipt states returns are made at the sellers discretion, and a store credit will be issued rather than cash. I was ok with that option and was still refused and accused of telling a story. Owner expressed he is not a mechanic and is not responsible for taking back parts that are not needed. I should have a mechanic diagnose it.

Bob and Billy are great to deal with and the rest of the guys make sure you get the right parts. Just got a Ford rear end and they even opened it up to make sure there's no internal damage. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE experience. The OWNER of this location said racial slurs to me and my friends , accused us of stealing and then proceeded to call the police. I have video proof, I never escalated the situation nor said anything disrespectful yet the police was waiting at the front gate . The embarrassment we had to go through because the owner. I will NEVER go back here again. And I don’t recommend it for anyone.

Huge yard. I mean huge. It was a 10 minute walk up a mountain to the Honda section. They have everything you could possibly need. But pricing is too expensive for a junk yard IMO. Front desk guy looked up NEW CONDITION prices on EBay/ other websites and cut about half off the price. It doesn’t make sense to me that I was being charged half to get my own part that was USED. I asked about getting emblems or trim pieces to which he said I couldn’t get. He said he wanted them still on there for when the parts sells whole. Which I do understand- to an extent. To be specific, I asked about an emblem off of a DAMAGED tailgate. He said I couldn’t get it. And I said that the tailgate is destroyed. He insisted he will sell it which is highly unlikely lol. I honestly could have gotten so much stuff but I ended up not due to pricing. All in all, it’s a great yard and I had a decent experience, it’s just way to expensive to make the trip, bring your tools, find the car, pull your part, and then get overcharged.

Got a nice dashboard for my F250 to replace my damaged one. Very nice and organized yard sorted by vehicle manufacturer/type. Will be back again in the future for other parts I may need. Keep up the great work!

My friend got into an accident. They had the car from Saturday night until Monday morning. The tow was 2.1 miles. And the bill was 620$. Then on top of that they told her cash only when it’s clear they take card. These are the last people you should call after you get into an accident. Customer service person was also very rude over the phone. They also told her they couldn’t tow it to her house.
UPDATE: When she asked to have it towed home the driver told her that was NOT an option. Also I had someone else call and found it should have only been 520$. YOU GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS. If you only accept cash why does it advertise you accept card all over? Also attached is a picture of the receipt where it says they accept card.Mar 17, 2021 -
These guys went the extra yard for me. Pricing was very reasonable and delivery was prompt. When alternator was damaged by FedEx they got another to me quickly. I highly recommend these folks. They're top shelf in my book and will be the first place I call in the future.

Excellent service. I needed a rust free door for a 1994 Toyota Camry, and expected to have to get it from a southern state. They had it, took me out into the yard to check it out before pulling it, and pulled it off the same day even though it was near closing time. Price was fair too. Even though they are almost a two hour drive from my home, I will certainly contact them when I need something else.

The man in the back office behind the counter is a very funny and cool dude, he did help me out the best he could but when I went I needed 2 alternators. The one alternator for the van I needed they gave me the wrong one 2 times, and had to waste my time coming all the way back. And the one for my truck didn't work and didn't get my money back, then I went there a different time a couple days later for a starter for my brothers car. The starter we got was all rusty and wasent in the best shape, but was told it was ok and would work. So I go to put the starter in and a peace cracks on it because it was so rusty, I Proceed to bring it back and waste more my gas, when I get there a skinny guy was there (not the funny dude) and I tell him that this starter is bad. He says to me and my brother with a nasty Attitude that he check the starter when he sold us it that it was fine, I told him it cracked really easy because it is rusty. He took it to the back to test it and came back and said it wasent like this when you left with it, And proceeded to throw the starter on the counter from 5 feet away. And told us to leave. I never felt so disrespected in my life. They lost a Good customer I would have been there 3 or 4 times a week for parts because I work on a lot of cars, but now because of that man I'm ok I'll find parts else where thank you

Drove two hours to get an engine block from them. Very helpful over the phone and one of the owners/manager was very helpful in showing me the other parts of the engine, just so i knew what i as buying. Would use them again any day of the week. Recommended

I wouldn't buy from Bobby if he was the only person on earth that has the part. Prices are high. Workers and especially the owner are rude. If you're female the owner talks to your chest the entire time. The owner may act like your best friend but when he's done using you then it's business as usual.

I recently bought an engine from them. They have been the best to work with! I have had so much trouble with the shop that worked on my car and they keep their word. Nothing but great things to say about Joe!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I am currently dealing with them on a warranty on an engine they sold me. They are working through the process in good faith , they test their engines but now say they will have video of the engine running. They seem to be pretty straight up at this point , so I'm giving 3.5 stars for the warranty support so far.

When I replied to this business regarding a vehicle we had seen on the Internet, we were responded to immediately via email . We had traveled 219 miles from northern New York to see the vehicle ,upon arrival it was after business hours ... The owner graciously reopened his business to meet us and allowed us to test drive the car . The car was as described and reasonably priced . We purchased the car and are very happy with it ,drove it home that night . Great experience highly recommended would definitely do business with them again the owner and the associate were wonderful . Thank you
