Cars for cash gave me the best price for my van. They made the process relatively easy (Although you do need to be there in person So an extra road trip was necessary.) Everyone involved was professional and patient so that I understood the process.

These guys r very bad payers. They took my car n gave me cheque. I put up that cheque in bank and the bank refused to except the cheque saying the handwriting is unable to read. I called them back n they gave me a long procedure to cancel and reissue the cheque. These guys r fraud. They do this purposely . As tge bank put hold and said this company's cheques gets returned often.

I was laughed at and was told that I would never get rid of my car and no one would sell it. Offered 300 for a drivable yukon xl didn’t even ask for a vin, with brand new copper brakes lines in the entire thing, still runs, vortex motor, I did all the things before inspection (some major things are new to it), unfortunately the rust because it is an 05. The worst company EVER! As a former cs rep, I think I would have been fired for laughing at someone nor would I ever do that. Why would you ask for mileage then randomly just tell me you’re gonna put 200,000 cause you said I was a liar. I would love to call the guy personally on his cell to let him know how much I really get for it. Unbelievable disgusted. 0stars

Fast and efficient to get an old car out of the driveway. Online quote through website was slightly higher than official amount paid (but final amount paid still slightly higher than other place I got a quote from). Overall excellent service, and the Towing service arrived ahead of schedule. Everyone was friendly during the entire process, which took about 24hrs to complete. I would use again if I ever needed to.

Very helpful, process was quite easy. However, I do feel I was ripped of in value of my vehicle. But not going to be a "Karen" about it. Otherwise, great idea for someone who doesn't want to deal with the hassle of fixing their car, or selling it privately. And ONLY if you can afford to get about 2k less than it's worth.

They offered the highest amount for my vehicle that my kids mom totaled so that was a good thing and they sent a driver out fairly quick to pick it up and it was a smooth transaction and the check didn’t bounce 😓👏🏼👍😀

It was okay, staff was nice although my Nintendo DSI ended up missing, because it is standard protocol too bag your stuff even though you are not with it and you did not give them permission to do it. The insurance company of mine was going to cover it but my deductible is 500 and the Nintendo is only 200 dollars. They should give you so long to remove your property you are self out of your totaled vehicle. Warning to other customers if you have expensive items do what you can to get them out the day you total your car because someone apparently will help themselves.
