These guys are mechanics for a modern era. As opposed to having to try to call the garage and play phone tag for three days trying to get someone because the same guy who is answering the phone is the same guy who was working on your car, they use text messages to communicate with updates. Also, they don’t up charge you for using a credit card like many garages do. They also have after hours key pick up and they offer to pay through Apple Pay on your phone. All of this makes for a much more streamlined and efficient service. I rely on them for all of my repair needs.
Had some routine maintenance done. I was easily able to schedule an appointment online. Messages were sent to confirm my appointment and a reminder to drop off.
I was able to use a loaner car that is available. All the work was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price.
Excellent experience with the these guys. Fast and reliable service at a fair price, no repairs (surprises) are made to your vehicle without you getting an explanation. Would definitely recommend this shop

The work was done quickly and professionally, and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this place is definitely one I’ll be coming back to.
I went in for a simple inspection and they found a problem. They called first before starting repairs, which was great. I'm not a mechanic so I can't say if the price was right, but, it was within my budget. So happy

Good people and great Communication. Took my car in because it was shaking going down the road and I was not able to figure out why. They made a suggestion on changing a part and when I got it back it was a smooth as the day i bought it. Until months later everything they put in my car was put in wrong. They acted like it was my fault. Then apologized graciously when it wasn't my fault. All the parts are warranty. My battery died every 3 months. My hoses are messed up. I've been replacing everything they did to my car since. Your reviews are great. I thought you guys were great until you weren't. Thanks for the debt.
Great guys very helpful and honest. My car died at the stop sign in front of their garage, they got it in for me when they had an opening and it was only the inertia switch for the fuel pump went bad. They could have charged me $1000 and said it was the pump or some electronic controller but they didn’t they fixed the problem and charged honestly. They now have a loyal customer.
Was told my car needed an expensive repair by a big "chain" tire/repair shop. Made an appointment with Olyphant service who gave me a great quote on the same repair . But moreover.... when they got my car in, they discovered that my car did not need that expensive repair. Honest guys! I would have never known. Highly recommend Olyphant Auto Service.
Staff was quick to get me an appointment and was able to pick me up/drop me off at my home so I could work while they had my car. Everyone was very friendly and the service was done quick. Will definitely come back in the future.
These guys are Fantastic, Had another shop put in a Radiator, which kept leaking. after 3 attempts of trying to fix the problemat, it still leaked. Stopped by Olyphant Repair and spoke to these guys, about the issues I was having, they put in a new radiator, and problem was fixed. These mechanics are extreamly knowledgable, Their pricing is very Fair, and their work is Top Notch, I will be going here for any and all work I may need done to my vehicle. Save yourself the headaches and if you need work done on your vehicles, give these guys a call. You won't be disapointed.

I was here from out of town for my son’s wedding and something happened to my car. They were close by where I was staying. They were very prompt and professional. Gave me a ride back to house while they fixed my car and picked me up when it was done. I would highly recommend them!!
