I’ve been waiting on a part for over two weeks. After the first week. I called to see about my part and was told they forgot to call us to get payment authorization which wasn’t true. So gave them payment information AGAIN. A week later I call to check the status of the part and was just told that they had the wrong phone number for my office so they never sent the part. I was out in hold and then finally told that the part is no good and another one can be purchased for an additional $90.00. This company is full of it. They are extremely unprofessional which I get it seems to be the norm nowadays. No one is held accountable and “hey sorry” is all I got.
Why do we have to live with more and more toxic trash in our backyard? It never goes away and it never gets better! Why do we allow it to pollute our environment?

Always buy my parts here , amazing service and usally always have the part you are looking for on the shelf ...if not just call before hand and they will get it for you .
I run a Automotive repair shop and offer mobile mechanic services. I had to go install an alternator on a 2014 Ford fusion 1.6L turbo. Well I asked the lady what engine she had because she wanted to go with a used alternator that cost $60. ( Can't blame her when a new one was no cheaper than $379 ) Well she told me a 2.0L and as I stated it was really 1.6L. So I get the alternator off and notice it's wrong. Usually you buy it and it's yours. No Refunds. So I called Denaples Auto parts up and took a shot in the dark to see if they couldn't help me out. Needless to say, I got hooked up with a guy named Rob. And this dude went out of his way to find one in NJ & Ordered it for me. Took the wrong alternator I bought a couple days earlier, gave me full credit for it & only charged me the cost of shipping. Dude did me a solid & I appreciate the help. 5 stars
We are an independent auto repair shop in business for 40+ years. Had been very happy with service they have provided up until this point. We purchased a used transmission from them. We picked up unit (1 hour away). Installed unit and was inoperative immediately after install. Contacted them. They did provide a replacement unit at no charge (which we had to bring back faulty unit and pick up 2nd replacement, another 2 hour round trip). Requested assistance with labor cost to replace as the 1st unit was sold to us faulty) When asked about labor cost assistance we were told they "don't cover labor, never have never will". I would understand if it was an installed unit that failed sometime after the repair but unit it was inoperative from the start. So we were sold a faulty unit and have no recourse to recoup our labor time for installing/uninstalling a defective unit that was advertised and sold as functional. Not a very good business practice. Will no longer do business here. Plenty of other salvage/recyclers to chose from.
the worst place where i ever been. i made phone call and spend 2hour 16 min to get there. i paid admission fee 2$. and part is damaged No sorry and no 2$ refund. Отстойное место.
A place you can find your used parts at a reasonable price . Definitely recommended. Ask for Sal a Good Man. Be patient and have respect you will be attended accordingly. Great place to doing business with.
Neeed a replacement........they had the part we needed an were very helpful an didn't hesitate in problem solving ......very pleased .....will use them in future issues........
I've been dealing with them for many years and only one time they did not have what I needed but still told me where and how to get the part, I drove to the place they recommended and no problem at all..the customer service has become a lost art, not here, still have great customer service, prices are fair and they have just about everything you've need

I highly recommend this salvage yard. Drove 2 hours from New York to look at some very hard to find wheels for my 1st gen Ford Taurus. Their website claimed to have the wheels I needed, so road trip! When I arrived the establishment is very clean and tidy. When I walked in I was very impressed on how nice the place looked. I thought I was in a bank. The service rep was very helpful. He appointed an attendant to take me to the huge wheel rack that was literally three stories tall. The attendant was also very nice. He found all 4 of the wheels I needed. I was so excited. The best part was the price I was charged. Only $30 dollars per wheel! I was so grateful! The wheels were loaded in my car and I was on my way home. Cannot wait until I need a car part again. I will definitely go back to Denaples. Thank you for a wonderful pleasant experience. See you again soon
Called about an alternator after seeing online three that would work. Called to confirm.. They said yes they had it and it was 50 us core of 10. Paid someone 50 to give someone a ride to grab it only to be told they had one but had to pull it and come next day. Missed a call so he called back and he said did you listen to your voice.ail. No I did not, I don't have any voicemails. He said, well wait for voicemail and hung up. Instead of just resolving call right then. I gave three stars because they did end up pulling one and we were able to.pick up and now my car runs. I'm pregnant and work full time along with having to bring my son to daycare so I needed my vehicle fixed asap. Just was very annoyed that I paid someone for nothing when I verified it over the phone. If I didnt call and just assumed then this would be on me but I called. Like I said they did resolve it the next day and car runs just wasnt happy with service we received at first and being hung up on isnt professional. If I didnt need it that bad or if it wasn't rare and hard to find I would have went elsewhere. Overall service wasnt great. Make sure you have them look and get eyes first and its for right vehicle. Prices are decent though and the yard has large selection. Fair yard price of three dollars. So that day I lost out on 60 bucks because I paid for a ride for nothing. At least paying someone following day was worth it.
Called earlier today asking for a AC compressor for a Chevy Sonic. Said they had one on the shelf for a $100 . After driving over a half hour to come get the part with my old part for the core charge. They gave me the picking ticket to go receive the part. The part's picker said the fork lift was down said I could not get my part I needed .As I left frustrated I said to the counter person they can't pull the part I need I said I just drove a half hour he said sorry nothing I could do. I left so frustrated they never returned my core to me. You would think I big million dollar company would have a back up system to pull the part .So I ended up driving up to Harrys U Pull it found the same part for $27.

Got my daughters car part today! Service was great! Price was very very reasonable, considering financial difficulties. Friendly and professional to deal with, considering social distancing. I would give them a six star if i could!
They charge an embarrassingly high and extortionate fee for towing. For a car towed only a few miles away, they charged over $600 for a regular sedan not held there for more than 24 hours. Shocking and should be illegal, investigated, and restricted. If the law authorizes towing, the law should also limit the fees that can be charged in doing such tows.
Staff was very helpful over the phone and in person, I was able to call find the part I needed paid over the phone picked up two days later pick up took about 5 mins of time looking for paperwork and 5-10 mins to get part, very efficient operation, mesmerizing to see their inventory
Quick to take order, but slow to get your parts around. Also waited 2 weeks for them to return a call about broken part we bought. Also make sure your there 30 mins before closing because they close earlier then 4. Was there at exactly 4 with gate open and workers still said no. Don't get me wrong I know they would like to leave after working all day but have some sympathy every once in a while. Bad way of conducting business not worth wasted trip over an hour away.
Bought some used auto parts...one part was bad...Sal was great...took the time to find me a good part...I will definitely do business here again...prices were good...worth checking out...
I would of given it 1 star but gentlemen at the front desk was cool. Unfortunately their inventory database is way off. It said they had 8 of a specific item in. But when actually went down for them to pick it they had only 1. The guy that picked it tried to give me a damaged item and didn't even look it over to tell me. Luckily before I paid for it and left I check it and showed the guy the damage and didn't purchase it. They just need to clean up their database and also hire employees that care.

All i needed was a wire for my blower motor and the guy they sent out watched as i unbolted the cover for the blower motor then when i revealed the wire he said he dont got time for this and took off.. I went inside and asked them if i can just cut the wire out and they said no that a person working there has to do it.. So he took my phone number and never called back..... I shoulda ripped the dam wire out with my hands and walked away
