Great place to get your car fixed

This is my favorite store for tires and oil change. No complaints, always friendly and timely service, helpful gentlemen. The prices are good we are lucky to have them nearby

I have been dealing with Steve Shannon tire in Benton Pennsylvania since the '80s thank God that all the same old gentlemen are still working there and are very very professional and very very helpful please keep them all there as long as possible because I know everybody within 100 miles loves all of them and knows them

Like going there in the past, this time the price was way to much, they said that I bought the wrong part, they fixed the problem without giving me the option of a phone call, and letting me get the right part. Then payed way to much for a patch job of the old part. LSG

I want to thanks Tom and his team for helping me out! I picked up a large bolt in one of my tires. I arrived to their place of business 30 minutes before they closed and didn't hesitate to help me out.

The employees always takes great care of their customers and their vehicles. I rarely have to wait long and the guys working in the Benton store are polite, offers me coffee and the remote for the TV. I only take my car to them when it needs to be serviced.

I was camping at Rickets Glen S.P. and I woke up the morning I was leaving to find a screw in my tire. After discovering that I didn't have a tire-iron or jack in my car, I quickly began looking for the next best option. I discovered Steve Shannon Tire in Benton about 15 miles away. I had enough air to drive there, and I explained my situation to Lawrence and Dan behind the desk. They got me in quickly, repaired my tire, and they sent me on my way. The technician, Todd, did a fantastic job and I was able to safely drive back to my home over two hours away. I was extremely impressed with the service and treatment that I received. Through chit-chat while waiting, I discovered that a long-time tire shop in my hometown was recently purchased by Shannon and is now a Shannon Tire center. I look forward to getting more great service in the future. Thanks so much, guys. You were all great to deal with.
