Well this is now my third vehicle buying experience with Regester Chevrolet between my wife and I, and also my third time working with Darian. I still have to say this is my favorite dealership. I’ve bought vehicles in other states and other areas of PA , but this is the only car dealership I will be going to for any future purchases. I honestly am impressed with how nice everyone is and I never leave with any unanswered questions. I feel like their prices are always fair and their finance team, who I usually dread going in with at other dealerships, make you feel comfortable. They listen to your concerns and don’t mind walking you through the process. Thank you Darian, Kyle, Randy, and Regester Chevrolet for another great car buying experience!

Our daughter recently purchased a vehicle from Regester Chevrolet. We must say it was one of the easiest, no pressure and hassle-free purchases we ever made at a dealership. Everyone was very professional and helpful and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. They go above and beyond to resolve any issues you may have. They take the time to reach out to the customer to keep them informed and updated. We were very impressed when we realized that Mr. Regester still came out to personally thank the customer upon making their purchase. There is something to be said about a family run hometown dealer that still puts the customer first. It obviously shows when the customers keep coming back. So we highly recommend anyone that is looking for a good deal, friendly and accommodating staff and a pleasantly smooth purchasing experience....to look you up!

Kyle, Mr. Regester, and the General Manager were absolutely amazing—honest, professional, and genuinely great to work with. This Chevrolet Monte Carlo SuperSport 2004 3.8L V6 3800 series 2. Is Where I bought brand new on September 12, 2003. Never forget great service and respect i have for this dealership. Going for 1 million miles that's my goal. My car had 6 miles on this lot. Test drive it for 2 miles. 8 miles on the title. Never forget where you start from. Thank you!!!

Regester Chevrolet is great. Everyone is friendly and take care of you like family. Mr. Regester makes sure to greet the customers and thanks you for your service and if you have a problem he tells you they will make it right. The only place to purchase a vehicle for me.

I have had a string of negative experiences at this location. From poor vehicles that required fans to be replaced at 35k miles, to bad sales people who just want to get a sale, and most recently yesterday terrible garage services. My Trax, that I bought from this location, is occasionally going into high revs during cruise control and turning on the check engine light. I scheduled an appointment and in the month out at their earliest appointment the light turned off and kept no data. Their response was that they couldn't diagnose it and offered me no solutions. The owner apologized for not being able to find it but he still got my payment for the labor so I am sure he really doesn't care. Sold me a car and got my money, can't fix it or figure out what's wrong and got more. I'm sure that's all they care about. They got me for 2 vehicles but will not be coming back here next year when I plan for a new vehicle.

The professionalism and customer care here is outstanding! Starting with the online booking of service to the quick response from the service department to the easy check-in and attention of the service tech to the comfortable accommodations while I waited to the personal attention and explanation of the service, Regester's is premier, I think, among dealerships I have used throughout my life. Kudos to them! I will definitely be back for my next electric car, if the Bolt needs to be replaced (148,000 miles for 7 years, and counting!).

The best experience we've had at a dealership even though we didnt buy the car. We went to test drive a Tahoe here this past weekend and even though we didn't end up buying it, we would have driven the extra hour just to buy a Chevy from them. We didn't realize the time, but they stayed almost an extra hour just to let us do two test drives and run us some numbers. Not surprising at all to see such high reviews from other customers. If you're in the Harrisburg area, make the extra drive to these guys.

I was quoted a price for four new tires, as I was checking out I mentioned my price was higher than I was quoted. Mike asked what I was quoted, he checked with service to see where the problem was. A coupon was not added, my amount due was immediately changed. Thank you for assisting me Mike. I love going to Registers’s, service is amazing and everyone is friendly.

We just purchased a 2017 Toyota RAV4 at this dealership, and the car is outstanding! The employees here are very honest, helpful, and transparent! They tell you exactly what you’ll pay without any hidden surprises! I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in need of a quality vehicle. They’re the best in Central Pennsylvania!

My husband’s business has bought work vehicles from Regester for years. We recently decided to trade in our personal dually pickup & decided to go with Regester instead of the previous dealership we’d personally used. We had such a smooth experience! We haul our horses across state lines very regularly, so we wanted something newer & reliable. Doug Regester helped us order exactly the truck we wanted & gave us a great trade-in value on our previous truck. He did a fantastic job checking in with my husband and I periodically to give us status updates during the build process. Once our truck came in, Doug & his fantastic team were able to efficiently handle the paperwork & show us all the new bells & whistles our new truck has. They’d even started running a discount on their work vehicles during the time we took delivery of our truck, so they automatically gave us the better discounted rate without us even having to ask about it, which speaks to their high level of integrity and transparency, as it was an additional several thousand dollars off of the price! As a financial advisor, I closely evaluate the numbers on purchases like this. I’ve gone to other dealerships before where the math on the payments did not add up correctly, always in the dealership’s favor, but here at Regester they didn’t try to sneak anything we didn’t want into the deal and all the math added up exactly! Will absolutely return when it’s time for our next vehicle!

The dealership was one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to. Everyone hates to deal with the dreaded sales person, but I can assure you that is not what you get when you visit this dealership. We worked with Nick and Randy and they were both some of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with when buying a car. We will never go anywhere else except for this dealership for all of our car buying needs. If you’re considering this dealership, you absolutely should!!!

Regester Chevrolet is one of the very best dealerships. I do not believe that you could possibly get this kind of quality personalized service anywhere. It is a great experience every time I am there. Management is approachable with any issues. I have been happy with all interactions there.

After having bad experience with different dealership I found online the car I was looking for at this dealership , called them up was talking to Nick from sales , was pleasant and great experience. I live in NY so we did everything over the phone , Nick made sure to be on top of everything and was always responsive, he made sure the car I was looking for would be delivered to me on time and took my trade in. Really excellent customer service would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a truck from Regester Chevrolet. It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. Straight forward pricing, fair trade in value and great customer service. Traveled 2 1/2 hours to buy my truck and I will definitely make the trip when I'm ready to buy again.

07/2024 - Update. Another car getting serviced / Inspected while I wait. Always nice to walk around and see the new cars. Dream a little if you will. Another visit from John Regester to thank me for the business and check to see if I was satisfied. Everyone that passes by will acknowledge you and say Hi. Always nice to feel appreciated. 2023 - Scheduled state inspection. Waited on Vehicle. Very quick visit and nothing else required for inspection. Like those visits.

What a great place to buy a vehicle. My son was looking to buy a used car and our salesman was very patient and helpful with him. He wasn't pushy at all. Stanley is very good at his job. I will definitely consider going here the next time I need a vehicle. They were helpful with the financing and finding a bank to give him his loan. I have never bought a car where the owners come to shake your hand and thank you for buying a car from them and promise to do right by you if something goes wrong. Who does that? The owners of Regesters does that.

Sales experience was was great. Friendly staff. However, after I bought the vehicle, the body work we agreed upon took over a month for them to even pick up the vehicle with numerous texts and calls. Once I threatened to go to the owner and GM, they came and picked up the truck. Body shop had it for 2 weeks and brought it back. Reasonable timing on the body work. After inspecting the body work, I open the door to get inside, and the interior of the vehicle was covered in the white chalky sanded dust residue. Handprint directly in the center of my brand new 200$ seat covers as well as floor boards, dash and steering wheel. My recommendation, if you buy a vehicle from this chevy dealership and it needs some body work, DO NOT BUY IT UNTIL ALL BODY WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND AFTRR A THOROUGH INSPECTION. General manager said he was in the vehicle the morning they dropped it off, he says he didn't notice it. It's hard to miss with the chalky dust all over the black interior. So I could be wrong, but I feel it was intentional.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND REGESTER CHEVROLET BODY SHOP TO ANYONE.

Purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71, first owner as it was used by dealer as a loaner vehicle. Brett was a great salesman, very friendly and laid back. No pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend for all of your vehicle needs!
