To tell a person literally in the next parking lot over that you will not help them with braking some lug nuts lose and it's not your problem is wild thank good for that guy from autozone coming down not once but twice to help them if I could give this place zero stars I would
Update yet again something negative with this store witnessed an elderly disabled gentleman call the store from the parking lot and ask for assistance for a rear wiper blade as he couldn't walk very well to go inside they flat out were rude to him and said they will not help him and dont do business in the parking thankfully the gentleman at Autozone yet again went above and beyond and got that elderly gentleman his wiper blades and installed them with zero issues while he was able to stay warm and comfortable in his vehicle
On a trip back from a family picnic, the skid plate on our car suddenly was dragging on the rode. We pulled into the Advance Auto Parts store off of PA Rt 22 near Blairsville to see what we might be able to do about it. Wayne from that store came out and had a look under the car and said, "We can help you with that". He went about trying to remove the few remaining screws holding the skid plate on. This wasn't easy as our Honda Civic has really low ground clearance. After about 1/2 of dedicated effort, Wayne was able to get the skid plate off and we were able to continue our journey home. Wayne really saved the day for us, as we had at least another 60 miles of driving ahead of us. We can't thank Wayne enough for helping us out by going after this problem until it was solved!
There was a kind older fella who helped me out with purchase and apon finding out the "universal" antenna piece didn't work and returning just the one to just get the exact one that was on it prior we were greeted with an unmannered man stating " you can't just keep opening packages". Id of happily payed for the opened box.

Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Helped diagnose issue. But didn't have part but offered to get it. Fortunately my mechanic had it. Had no problem letting it be repaired in the parking lot.
The people here are great. Do everything they can to get you what you need ASAP. Much better service and knowledge than the other nearby auto parts stores.
Absolute disgrace. I’ve never seen an employee talk to customers the way these people do. They sold me the wrong part based on your knowledge and then said they shouldn’t even let me return it. Complained the entire time and continued to run his mouth about his customers.. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT
Bc they have Students check and make sure the part is what u need. Have got different parts that won't fit. Other than that, ppl are very helpful and will help u find what's needed. THEY GIVE MILITARY DISCOUNTS ALL THE TIME! This brings me back when I need something & they thank me 4 my service
Sucks .........they don't answer there phones half the time there always trying to push the higher end crap to ya 90% of the time they don't know there talking about ............
just called, its 6:35 tuesday evening 2-18-14 left the phone ring 68 times before i hung up tried a second time it rang 42 times then i hung up and called autozone it rang twice and was answered
