I needed a side power mirror for my 2000 Grand Cherokee Limited and was told by the dealer they don't make them anymore. I found one at Dave's Auto Salvage and it works fantastic. Great service. Highly recommend!
Bought an overpriced fender from them, I later realized it was a Taiwanese, repainted part (my bad for not looking more closely, the fender does not align well with the car nor does it color-match). Talked to the owner, his answer: "a part is a part, I don't see any problems with this situation". So...be vigilant, they won't do anything to rectify the situation after the purchase.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The owner went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. And restored my faith that there is still people in this world that you can trust. Thansk Dave your a good man I will recommend your services to anyone I know!!!!!
We live in an unfortunate time where many people are out to take advantage of you when you're down on your luck. Dave is a gentle reminder we should have faith in others. After a used car purchase went horribly wrong and left me broken down needing considerable engine repair, Dave provided sound advice that I did not want to hear but NEEDED to hear as if I was speaking with my own father on the matter. He is the reason I got back to work after trying to recover from a weasel car salesman who sold me a defective vehicle. Thank you and I would highly recommend any one with mechanical issues to at least give him a call for his many years of expertise in weighing all options because he will tell you what others will not.
Dave went above and beyond to help my daughter out when her car was broke down on the side of the road. He responded immediatly to our phone calls and was very nice & polite. I would use Dave's Auto Salvage again and recommend them to anyone in need of a salvage company.
Very pleased with this company. The engine went out in our old van and they gave us the best price in the area for the van plus they came and picked it up for no charge.

Needed an air bag module for a 23 yr.old car. Gave them the yr.,make ,model and engineering #'s on the module.They said they had it ,gave me a fair price,said there was enough time to pull it and ship it that day. 2 days later it arrived and was just what i needed.

Friendly staff and very helpful. They had a window for my Camaro. I had a local shop look on the network for one and could not find one for 9days straight. Mike, from Collision Connection asked me if i called Daves Auto Salvage. I said no. Mike called them and within 2 hours they called and said they had a window for my car. I picked up the window that day...price was reasonable. Got the window back to Mike and he installed it by the following day. Overall, I give a 5 start for Daves Auto Salvage for finding a "HARD TO FIND" window. If MIke had not called Daves i would not have a window still. Thanks to the staff at Dave's Auto Salvage. Came back to Daves the following day to get a missing felt door stop for window. They had one ...NO CHARGE TO ME. Highly recommended.
They were so polite. I am handicapped and they came to my house and picked up my junk truck without charging me a towing fee. They also came out to my car to have me sign the paperwork. I appreciate how helpful they were towards me.
Man was rude, there was no signs or anyone there to check in with, so I went and looked myself. Then was told that what I did was disrespectful. Did find what I wanted and got a fair price.
Do you not trust anything that you can buy from this salvage yard! This business sold me a stolen radio and it was not found out to be stolen until I had a dealer figure out why it was not working. They offer a refund but lie in order to make sure that you do not get the full amount in return. Do not trust this dealer to sell you anything or trust their online selling pages.
I messaged Teresa on facebook messenger on April 24 2020 she gave me a price of $225 for 4 rims and tires for my 2006 Scion TC. I messaged again today, and they tried to switch the price to $300 + tax. I showed her the the screen shot our conversation on 4/24 and she says won't honor that price. And told me they will just sell them to someone else for $350 and when I told her I was gonna post this on marketplace she blocked me. Bad business practices won't get you good customers
Excellent service! The door we saw on their website was exactly as pictured. We drove over 300 miles to get it and we were not disappointed. The people were so friendly and helpful!!! We were thrilled to do business with them!! Definitely worth the drive! More than happy with our purchase!!!
Great auto salvage and metal scrap yard. Employees have great attitudes and personalities. Always up to date on recycling prices. Favorite salvage yard to go to. If they don't have what you are looking for they can either get it or point you in the right direction.
Friendly staff. Great prices. Prompt, above and beyond service. Even provided tips on where to buy body clips for a reasonable price to swap out the fender on my Subaru. Highly recommend.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Bought what I thought was needed for my car and was told I could return them if I needed to. Come to find out I didn't need those parts because something else was wrong and they won't accept them back. Piss poor customer service!
Will never buy here again. Bought a transmission and hot home to find out it was missing a bracket that is part of the transmission. Dave refused to take it back bc there wasnt anything wrong with the transmission. The missing bracket was one that cant be bought it parts stores. He finally offered to take it back but with a 50% restocking fee saying it wasnt his fault it was missing that bracket and even though I looked in every scrap yard around he said if I looked I could find that bracket to make the transmission work. Never again. There are way better auto salvage yards out there that charge less for the parts.
Exceptional customer service. I called just after 10am and it was a 2 hour drive; the woman at the front deck informed me they close from 12 to 1 pm for lunch. I arrived at 1205 and they still took care of me and saved me from waiting another hour. If I ever need something again, I will not hesitate to drive up there again. (I drove up for a Chevy Colorado Tailgate)
I have been going to Daves for over 15 years This is a great place to save money and Great Service I drive over 30 miles and pass 3 other salvage yards because when I get a used part I know its good and I don't want to do the job over again I have got motors /trans and never found a problem with any thing I have gotten 5+stars
