Bad experience!! They do not honor their Estimates! They over billed on time and some of the stuff that was done incorrectly. Another shop fixed their issues and a Driver helped me get my clutch readjusted on the road at a truck stop. I’ve been trucking for 15 years and I have no these people for a long time, but things have changed. And by the way, I paid him $7000 cash upfront and after it was all said and on my bill was over $11,000 If you’d like to see my invoices, I’ll post them to my Facebook. All you have to do is look up Dave Moore. This is my review. I hope you take it seriously. I can only imagine they’re response is gonna say something along the lines of oh but we extended you a line of credit to pay your bill and yes, I did pay my bill just this week but I should’ve never had to pay more than $7000 for all this crap and still have things to fix and repair after they’ve done the work. They inspected the flip axle and before I had to leave, I had to have them fix air airlines because it was leaking air. They were gonna send me out on the road like that.
Overheating and loosing fuel prime on a 96 Safari diesel pusher. Cracked expansion tank was the overheating. Fuel leak was in the fuel separator requiring replacement. The new one looks like it was made for it.

On top of that, the fuel problem had to be diagnosed when the engine wouldn’t start. Luckily in a campground but not ideal for working on a diesel engine. Highly recommend.
I have all my work done here. Staff is very friendly and Very Honest. Service isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Work is done fast and right the first time.

I love this place. The mechanic was very kind, we had a turbo that popped and he waited for us to get to the shop to look at our truck instead of going home. It was almost 5pm when the incident happened and shop closed at 5pm.
Had an issue with our 6.0 diesel e350 that just it dead on the side of the road. The folks at B&M took the van in for service the same day and had it fixed less than 24 hours later.
Professional all around and very knowledgeable, wouldn't hesitate to come back again!
I cant say enough about how well the team at B&M took care of us. We broke down on Route 81 in an RV pulling a trailer. Not only did they show up quickly to tow the RV, but they also brought a second truck to tow the trailer back to their shop as well. They let us grab the things we needed from the RV and take the car out of the trailer so that we had a way to get around while they waited for the part needed to repair the RV. They did everything they could to make the best of a bad situation!
Worst place to get your truck repaired, they say they did it and then don’t. Very untrustworthy. Save your money and get it done by professionals elsewhere.

In a time where the world seems upside down, something unbelievable happened yesterday ~ restoring our faith in humanity. We don't post often, but thought maybe our friends could take some good from this too.
Friday, our son left Michigan to go to Virginia to begin his next chapter in the military. As parents, we were filled with both sadness and pride. Anxiety joined the emotions knowing he was traveling across the country with much of his expensive gear, alone. Stress and fear joined the other emotions as we received a panicked call from him. As he was driving in the mountains of Pennsylvania, from the engine of our old, beloved truck we had just given him, he heard a loud BANG! Black smoke and losing power, 'DAD! What do I do?'
For us, the emotions took a fast turn to planning and problem solving.
Meanwhile, he limped the truck to the nearest diesel shop, B & M Diesel Services. After Lincoln explained his situation, the guys locked his truck in their shop and drove him to a nearby hotel.
Saturday morning, while the guys worked on his engine, the owner sat with our son and they talked. They swapped stories and Lincoln was grateful for the company. The truck was finished late morning. He was speechless and overwhelmed when they returned his truck with a repaired engine, a full tank of gas, and a business card offering service calls in Virginia - anytime, and then THEY THANKED HIM! They would not accept any money from him. Not a penny.
Emotions shift again to gratitude, humility, and American Pride. These total strangers went out of their way to help our 20 year old son. They took care of him in the best way possible. Refused payment. These men of B & M Diesel Services are the backbone of our country. They have restored our faith in humanity. They are our heroes.
A phone call of Thanks and a pizza lunch on Monday do not seem like a fitting response for their generous nature. If compelled, Jenny and I would be grateful if our friends and family would send them a short Thank You card. This isn't necessarily for taking care of our son, but for taking care of any of our sons and daughters who are at the vulnerable hands of strangers in a time of need.
I gave B & M Diesel five stars because there is no 10 stars. I first met these great folks about a year ago because of a fuel problem at a local campground. The folks at the campground said …”can’t beat the service”. That was good enough for me, so I called them. They actually came to the campground and fixed my RV and the price was very reasonable. No matter what you need in the diesel/heavy truck field, these folks are the place to go.
Following a tank of bad fuel, they worked on the RV fuel system and got it cleaned. They had to drain the tank and cleaned some of the fuel. Next, I had a broken part in the suspension system. B & M Diesel came thru again. They were done much sooner than I expected and as always, the cost was pleasingly reasonable. (Much better than I expected).
Then I needed a part replaced but no one could find one anywhere. I called B & M Diesel, and they not only found the part, but drove to Hagerstown and picked up the part and brought it to me. I took the RV to them just to look things over and they did another superb job.
These folks, Brett, Mary, Paul, Randy and Dakota and a couple more whom I am not sure of their names are all top shelf people. They are honest, professional and most of all very friendly and will go away above and beyond to make sure you are cared for promptly, and completely. Everything is explained on your invoice. Oh, yes, they love pizza, just ask Mary.

We were traveling back north with our camper and our truck experienced some problems. We brought the truck to them. They brought us back to the campground and then delivered the truck that afternoon when service was completed. Couldn't have met nicer people.
These guys know their stuff... always able and willing to get me back up and going and keeping me on the road ... thanks to all the guys in the shop and mary and bev in the office for keeping my books straight
