I was told many good things about this shop. I test drove a Forester and really liked it. There were a few minor flaws that they said would be fixed. A week later, I was called back was told the car was ready. I obtained the financing and was ready to finish the purchase. However, when I saw the car again, I saw that a large scratch was not buffed out as promised. I was told I was too picky for mentioning it. I was taken aback at how unprofessional the salesman was considering we had an agreement.
My experience purchasing a car at Village Center was amazing. The support throughout the process was a amazing and it is evident that Bob knows and cares deeply about the cars he repairs and sells. With high demand of cars these days, I put in my interest and they updated me as new cars came in until I found the right car for me. When test driving the car, we pointed out something of concern and it was immediately addressed. I would recommend purchasing a car from village center auto to any and everyone looking for a fairly priced, reliable vehicle, with wonderful personable service and support throughout and beyond the buying process.

Village Center Automotive is my go to for keeping my car safe. I completely trust they will tell me what my car needs without adding on extras to pad the cost. Their prices are fair and they always do quality work. The staff is also always friendly and professional. Really, I couldn't ask for more from a mechanic.
I broke down and what I thought was the middle of nowhere. I came upon this village automotive center and they handled my emergency situation amazingly. I could have been stuck overnight but instead they stopped what they were doing and helped me in an hour I was back on the road. It's in a small village and the staff are very friendly. They are the kind of place you like going back to time and time again. They make sure your car is fixed without the extra add on that some places have. Also they stick to your budget. Not many places do that.
From what I see from my brother-in-law and sister-in-law they stand by them 100% they say the owner is very pleasant and is very knowledgeable about cars I would surely bring my car there if I ever need work on my car and they also said he is very honest
The entire staff was wonderful. An amazing experience through and through as we purchased my daughters first car. I also take my vehicles here for service. Great service and Bob is honest. You can trust them to the fullest. They do not overcharge for their services.
Moved to the Quakertown area a few years ago missing my old mechanic, a friend recommend villlage auto they did some nice work keeping my suburu forester running. Unfortunately it had a untimely ending totally my fault after 250,000 miles. I was in a pinch time wise and budget wise Bob and his team had a impressive fleet of suburus to choose from and made the buying process the best I’ve ever had by far. No drama no haggling just genuine kindness and willingness to work with us and our budget. Best thing was the piece of mind they bring to the customer supplying and standing by there used car sales absolutely the best!! Thanks village auto team!!
Both me and my boyfriend have brought our Subarus here and not only are they knowledgeable but they are prompt and have the best price around. Bob and his staff are friendly and very helpful and they will even give you a loaner car for while they are working on your car. I have been going to the same mechanic for 10 years and was commuting over an hour to get to him after I moved, now that I found village center auto I won't be bringing my car anywhere else, this will be my mechanic for at least the next 10 years! They specialize in Subarus which is a hard thing to find outside of a dealer but they do amazing work on any type of car. My whole family will be going there from now on! Wow! A friend had recommended Village Center Automotive to me when I need some service on my Subaru Outback, and about a year ago I had the service done there and was thoroughly satisfied. My daughter needed a new car recently, so we checked out the cars at Bob’s lot. I had a great experience with Bob and his crew, April, Tyler, and Linda. Bob was very up front about the cars and gave us some great input to help us pick the right one. We had no issues test driving the cars. We mentioned to Bob that my daughter drove a lot, and to our surprise, for no extra cost to us, he put NEW TIRES on the car for us FOR FREE - even though the old tires, while not new, were fine. I am not going to say that he will do that for you, but I am just pointing out how much Bob cares about the experience you get from him. April is just the nicest front office person you will meet, and it was great getting some car tips from Tyler. Bob and his crew are as honest and decent as the day is long…which is refreshing to find. And no sales pressure…trust me, he doesn’t have to as his reputation sells cars as fast as he can get them in. Honestly, if you see a car you like there, if you hesitate to too long then it will be gone. My wife and I (and I am sure, my daughter) will only be buying my cars from Bob in the future!!

I just had my car serviced here for the first time, and I’ll say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service and timely manner in which my vehicle was done. Not to mention their very reasonable pricing. I can’t remember the last time I was this pleased after getting my car from the mechanic.
Very impressed with the service. My car had to have break changed, dropped the car in the evening and next day at 9AM received call that all work has been done and car was ready for pickup. Speediest service ever!!

Subarus cost a lot of money to keep on the road. These guys are the best at repairing them, however I feel like they just wanted my money. I spent and average of $89 a month in maintenance just to keep mine on the road. Wheel bearings, clutch, distributer, ignition coil, struts, sway bar. They’re all wear and tear items, but I should be able to drive my car more than 5000 miles without having to take it to the shop for a significant repair, which never happened between 117k and 169k over the course of 3 1/2 years. They are very nice people, and they do offer rental cars when yours is in the shop which is great.

I purchased a Subaru Baja in 2016 from them. They picked me up from the airport, and delivered me to all the placed necessary to complete the paperwork.
When I got home (to Missouri), the exhaust had developed an issue of some sort. I called Bob and he got me all taken care of. He also sent me a replacement door handle, when the original broke (less than an hour after I bought it).
This isn't a review of the Baja, it's of Village Center Automotive.
I would HIGHLY recommend these folks to anyone who is looking for a reasonable and enjoyable car buying experience.

I noticed that there are no reviews for this place yet, which is just ludicrous because it's great. I bought a car from here sight unseen, which was very nerve-wracking (obviously). But the experience was so smooth and so easy, I think it restored some of my faith in humanity. Bob, Linda, and Jill were all incredible. The car I bought is fantastic, exactly what I wanted, at exactly the right price. Bob replaced a few needed things (including one I hadn't even thought to ask about). Really a gem of a place!
