Had a great deal of trouble, understanding the lady who was providing all the information in regards to my vehicle pick up. Very thick foreign accent. I was supposed to have the driver confirm a 6 digit PIN number that I had been given before allowing him to take the vehicle. He said he’s been picking up these vehicles for 14 years and has never been told he needed to give someone a PIN number. I tried to call the yard number, which I had been given to call with questions, and of course they were closed. Said to leave a message and they’d return my call the next business day! I’m not impressed. The driver was very nice and gave me my check so I allowed him to take the car. I took photos of his truck with the sign on the door, and have photos of him and a video of the truck driving away with my vehicle attached in case there are any repercussions.
This process was the first time for me. So I had to develop trust the hard way, it all seemed to work out.I got my check in the long run. This process worked pretty efficiently.Had I worked at the right way. Thank you for the experience you guys did a great job.
Almost too easy! Filled out online form on Wed, got a check on Friday for a little more than online quote. Extremely pleased with the entire experience. ZERO fuss or aggravation.

Jannie Eddins was the best!!! She did everything possible for me!!! I left one star out not for her service but for “support” that I was sent to. Please leave support out you don’t understand what they are saying and they suck at there job! Customer service when you first call is wonderful they help you out with everything but when you’re already assigned and they said OK wait for Support. Yeah all them people at Support. They suck. I was talking to five different Support people. I couldn’t understand a word. They said none of them, and they kept giving me the runaround, so if you deal with this company, beware of when you’re sent to Support. As far as Cash 4 Cars in general. They’ve been a big help and as far as Copart where my car went, they were amazing. The secretary at Copart was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, and Copart in Chambersburg will always be my favorite place now
I had a great experience! Listed my vehicle on line & had a response within minutes! I listed all the vehicle specs & submitted for a quote. I was made a fair offer within the hour. I accepted the offer. They made arrangements to pick up my vehicle & delivered payment at the same time! Highly recommend company..
Everything went great except when I left a different phone # to call and they said it would be noted and it wasn’t. They were to communicate times and a phone # for pickup and that was never conveyed to the tow company and that part got messy. Otherwise good. Just improve communication between parties.
It was a pleasure doing business with Cash for cars. I was disappointed in not getting top Dollar for my Nissan Rogue but I blame my transmission for not getting what I expected! Lol And agent was fantastic in closing the deal.

Great experience, picked up my van from my house and hauled it away, received a check for it , was a very reasonable amount considering the vans condition. They were on time . I highly recommend this service and will use again if necessary
They are professional, and get the job done, but I still think they could have paid me more for my car. Because what they paid me they’ll gonna get way more for what they gave. Mananita Lima was my representative, he was very responsive with text and calls, he made the process extremely painless. Put in the request on Friday and excepted the offer on Monday, which was the best offer I got. They had third party company (Copart) pickup vehicle on Tuesday with check in hand. The driver from Copart was also very responsive with pickup time. Great Experience over all!!

My entire experience with Martha Cote in customer service who contacted me once I made contact to the individual who picked up my car was FANTASTIC to say the least. They kept in contact with me and responded promptly when I asked questions. There's so many scams out there and this is a company you can trust if you want to sell your vehicle. They provided me a fair price for my vehicle in its present condition and was able to complete the entire process through e-mail and a few phone calls from my home and office. It was wonderful and would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their vehicle in a timely fashion.
My wife and I tried dealing with this company to sell/ salvage a vehicle that needed a engine replaced and we didn't want to sink money into it as we have two other vehicles we use as daily drivers. The initial contact was great.they called to get more information about the car after submitting for a quote online. We provided the information and they sent an email that was supposed to have our quote amount in it, but there was only a "$" and a blank space in the email. We sent emails to the agent asking for the email to be resent with the quote amount listed but did not hear any thing back. We sent two more emails directly to the agent's direct business email and received no reply. I have been told by a mechanic to never sell a vehicle to a place like this without a quote in writing as they can verbally give you one price and then when the time comes to pick up the vehicle, they give you a much lower amount. Since this company could not provide a quote in writing, or have the courtesy to respond to a perspective customers email, we didn't get a good feeling about their business practices and will be working with a local salvage yard to pick up our vehicle.
