He helped us find the right parts, and he told us about a garage to use nearby when we broke down outside the shop.

It’s not very often that you feel like going into an auto parts store is a small miracle. But it was for me tonight. I was driving from Pittsburgh to Maryland, in a rental car with bad windshield wipers. And it was raining. I stopped into the store 10 minutes before closing time and the person behind the counter immediately helped me find the right windshield wiper blades, find an inexpensive solution, given that I know I wouldn’t get my money back, and then, installed the wiper blades for me immediately. He also helped me clean the windshield inside and out to make it a safer drive for me. I was absolutely thrilled to find this level of service in such an unexpected place. I would go out of my way to give business to this wonderful place.
I have an older car and expected to be making multiple phone calls. First call had all the parts I needed. Very nice gentlemen in the store. Even gave me a discount. VERY NICE!
Very rude and ignorant employees. No closing time posted at the door. Was told its closing time to get out the computers are down and not doing anymore sales! Even though it was 5 minutes till closing time.
Friendly staff and competitive prices. They usually have what I need but their shelves can be a little empty at times. closer than a drive to Morgantown for me so its worth the trip. Parking is lacking and awkward though.
I arrived at the store with a dead battery and told the clerk that I needed help. I’m not an expert, but he asked me several questions that I couldn’t answer about the type of battery I needed. He was rude and dismissive when I could only tell him the make and model of my vehicle. Replacing my battery would have been easy business, I thought, but embarrassing me was easier. I chose to take a chance and continue driving, rather than do business with your store.
A friend of mine broke down on his Harley in Chalk Hill, PA. I'm local so he called me and I went to assist. Turns out the battery was shot so I rode him to NAPA in Markleysburg. Wouldn't you know it, they had just sold the last battery that would fit his bike. Not a problem..... they called the closest store which, was in Uniontown PA and had the battery delivered roadside within a half an hour. Now that was great service. Thanks!
They got all the parts you need and they got them on stock. None of this "I'll have it by noon tomorrow" BS. And if you got a problem you not sure about these guys actually work on cars and can give you some advice.
