There is a young lady at this store that is amazing. Her name is Skye. I went to 3 other auto parts stores before I called Advanced Auto in Brownsville. I was looking for a crush washer. She was the only person who told me that it was part of an assembly. 2 Napa stores told me they didn’t carry it and the Advanced Auto in Uniontown was more interested in giving a guy a jump instead of helping customers. Give her a call. She knows her stuff!!!
Sunday afternoon 04/13/2025. These guys went above and beyond to help me find a drive belt for my kid's go-kart after a 25 min drive to their store and a little mixup on the belt number. Though it seemed like their norm to help customers this way. Awesome service, great guys. Saved me some headaches for sure. Thank you 👍
Extremely courteous people that are eager to help you. Large inventory of parts. If one store doesn’t have the part they can order it from another and it will be delivered that very day.
I walked in to advanced and was met with this stench by this employee named Shane. Shane was not helpful at all until he had to ask his fellow employee Michael and Micheal told Shane right where my spark plugs were and even after that Shane continued to be rude and even picked up his phone in front of me and wouldn’t help me once so ever.
Went to Advance today, to get a new battery the Women at the counter who was helping me was very rude, and Unprofessional, there is no need for someone to be that rude to people including Employees, I have seen the way she talks down to the employees when she thinks no one is watching, I have been a Assistant Manager for a long time and that is not how you treat your employees I believe the person in question was Regina. you either need to get ride of her and find a new Assistant Manager or else Your gonna loose business and employees, I have seen this happen before and Would hate for it to happen here.
The only good Person I have seen work at that Store was Named Shane, he was the nicest Employee You could ever have, honestly you should keep him or promote him. he helped me and found the parts I needed and even recommended some parts that I didn't even know I needed. if it wasn't for Shane working there I would not be returning to that store, if people like Regina keep continue to work at the store, that I will not be returning.
I have also seen Shawn on multiple occasions touch the female women Inappropriately to where the look on their face makes them un-comfortable and I have overheard the staff talk about Shawn multiple times. someone like that should not be working there at all, someone who makes the female workers un-comfortable should be investigated not only by the store but by local Law enforcement too.

Went to Advanced to get a new battery was talking to a lady named Regina she was completely out of line asking me if I knew what I was doing since I'm just a girl. When I told her that was an inappropriate thing to say she huffed and puffed and walked away from me while I was still trying to get a battery. Came into and interaction with Shane who was glad to help me get a new battery and apologized for the way she was behaving. Thank you Shane for the help was great working with you today but I will no longer be coming back, Disrespectfully Regina get a job where you don't have to deal with human interactions and I hope you did not reproduce because I would hate to see how those children turn out. Have the day you deserve Regina :)
I walked in at this location. I overheard a skinny dark headed woman that was at the front counter, and she gave an unprofessional attitude to multiple customers with kids in the store. I will never come back at this location again! I would be better getting my service at AutoZone than this establishment!

Visit was fine employees helpful order my part online and went to pick it up the only one they had was damaged, they would have to order another one decided to take it and will swap it out at my local store.
I was in on 11/18/2021 knowing i lost something out of my purse there having employees saying i didn't they must of thrown them away must of had a good laugh but caused me alot of grief. And trying to sell me a socket knowing it wouldn't work to make a sell. I will never go into this store again!
Store has been closed multiple times when their website and signage outside the store says open. Several times I've come here and gotten absolutely horrendous customer service from the employees here. To top it all off, I did the loaner tool program at one point and one of the male employees took my number from that and started sending text messages.
Good establishment. Reasonably priced. Been coming here for years to get windshield wipers replaced. They usually have the part I need and are able to install it within minutes of my arrival at the register. I highly recommend this establishment.
I'd give more stars if I could. My truck wouldn't start on last few cold mornings. Nothing five minutes in the battery charger wouldn't fix. I took my truck there. 15 minutes they had my new battery installed and I was on my way.
It's ok, staff can be friendly, or sometimes a bit "snarky" depending on who waits on you. The one in Bentleyville seems a little better with customer service, but this one works I suppose.
Everytime I go into this store the employees take the time to help me and finds what I need. They take the time to install batteries windshield wipers anything they can take care of. Prices are reasonable and anytime I needed parts they are usually in stock. I would recommend this location to anyone.
I've grown to know all the workers individually and as a store. Always look out for me and my business and strive to give me the best bang for my buck.
Manager was super nice and exchanged a bad battery with no hassle or thievery attempt (upselling). Never go to Belle Vernon location; worker is an idiot and said it was a good battery.
