Don’t waste your time. I called about a part roughly two weeks ago and was told someone would get back to me that afternoon. Never happened. I followed up two days later and was assured I’d hear back within 30 minutes. Still nothing. Their competitor’s part looks great on my car.
I wasn't sure what to expect in calling Butchko Brothers, but, in the past, calling garages can be tricky. People either are short and rude, or not helpful. BUT - the man who answered the phone was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. I was just calling to inquire about what to do about a wrecked car situation, and he walked me through all the possible options. Very calmly, not patronizing, or dismissive - and it was so refreshing! We ended up selling them the car, and the ladies handling the paperwork were super helpful; even took the time to explain why towing costs what it does - transparent, and even with the busy holiday season, able to help us out. I HIGHLY recommend Butchko Brothers whenever you are faced with a need for car parts or salvage.
No issues whatsoever start to finish: Great friendly customer service over the phone. They found the old Honda intake manifold I was looking for and sent me the pictures I asked for via text to confirm the part number, - the price was fair, so I made the purchase. It arrived to my doorstep crazy fast. It was well packaged and was not damaged in transit. I would buy from again without a doubt.
Excellent experience. Can’t believe today was my first time there but I’ll be back!! Guy at the counter was nice to deal with and the yard guy was great to me. Showed me the parts before he took them off. THE WAY IT SHOULD BE IMO. Plus he helped me load up. Couldn’t ask for a better experience
The 3 stars are because I did get a refund. The lack of more stars is the treatment from staff and their complete lack of empathy for the situation their bad transmission caused. If they sell you a bad part and you are willing to return it you will get your money back, but... Be ready they will accuse you first, then take the least responsibility possible. They at least returned the 800 for the part but that doesn't cover the extra 900 for 2nd install or 1300 tow for breaking down 250miles from home a week after installing. Make sure you are prepared for the chance the part doesn't work and you will be out everything you paid on wrench time, tow, inconvenience, etc and they will not even offer a sorry. As for a replacement part. They had 2 but decided over the week from call to return to not get either ready. This meaning I had to wait for refund and go elsewhere. Sorry I can't but from here again. You cost me and extra 2200 because I bought your part for 200 less than others.
I bought a transmission back in July they never banded the transmission so that caused the torque converter to get bent in transport and the owner will take no responsibility for the job her employees didn't do
Don’t buy nothing from these people They sell you a blown the motor that is knocking and tell you when you buy it that they listen to all there motors before they sell them and then when you call and talk to the owner she gets smart and hangs up on you very rude people

The owner will not listen to what you have to say & hangs up the phone when you try to tell her something. If I could give them no stars I would.
The guys at the counter are very helpful and polite, I felt the female that I spoke with the day before was rude and had a bit of a attitude but that might be just me.
These guys are awesome. Always give the best prices, get stuff in very quick, and are friendly people. I'll go back every time I can get what I need from them!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a repeat customer and have spent a lot of my hard earned money with Butchko's. This will not happen again. I purchased a number of body parts for my truck last year including a tail gate. Unfortunately, I did not have time last year to get it installed. I am now working on this project and when I went to take the tail gate out I noticed it is the incorrect tail gate. I called to see if I could exchange it for the correct one and I was told they have a 30 day return policy by both a rude counter person as well as a rude manager. I was clear that the tail gate is not even out of the package and I do not want money back. I only want the correct tailgate that their parts person failed to look up correctly in the first place. i provided receipt and item in the original box, still no cooperation or willingness to help. Buyers beware. Their mistake will be blamed on you for not opening your parts and checking them. Besides, LMC truck is roughly 30% cheaper i have discovered.
