I had an outstanding experience with Mill Run after hitting a deer while I was visiting back home in PA. I live in NC, so being out of state, made the situation especially stressful, but they went above and beyond to help.
They completed the repairs a full week earlier than expected, understanding how inconvenient it was for me to be so far away from my vehicle. When I ran into multiple travel issues—including three flight cancellations due to the government shutdown—they even extended my rental car period without any hassle.
When I finally picked up my car, it looked amazing. They detailed it inside and out, and the quality of the repair work exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and truly appreciate their professionalism, speed, and compassion throughout the whole process.

They fixed my truck after an accident, and when I had questions about my tire light and check engine light, they went above and beyond. They came the very next day to pick up my vehicle and made everything right. It turned out the tire light was due to a nail that may have been there even before the accident—but they still took care of it! The best place ever! Honest, reliable, and amazing customer service!

I have had my truck repaired there multiple times for different things and they are great and keep you informed! I got my truck back when i was told i was going to! The best part is they repainted my truck and made it a Rumblebee from a regular dodge ram 1500 and did a phenomenal job! If you need anything repaired or painted this is the place to go!
We have not had luck with deer with 3 of our vehicles. One of which had a color that was hard to find paint for. The color match is always perfect and polished, like new. Never have we had any problems other than having to wait for parts to arrive. They are always timely and kind. Up front and honest people are also very much appreciated! I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Worth every bit of time and money.

I took my car here in dec. and they had it done in four weeks. Very nice and polite people that work there. They kept me updated at all times on what was going on with my car. I had hit a deer over a two years ago and took it to Bonnell and had to keep taking it back because the never put the bumper on right. Now my car is fixed the right way . Absolutely loved my experience with this shop. I smacked a deer and almost totaled my car but they were able to fix it in less then a week! I couldn't even tell that my car had been previously damaged because they did such an excellent job in repairing it. They even replaced my front license plate cover - all the little details matter! 🙂 Not only did they provide fast quality service, but they were also very friendly and professional. 10/10 highly recommend!
These guys do amazing work. They always fix my cars up right and they do it quickly. I recently had my van in after a deer hit caused substantial damage and they had it back to me, during the holiday season, in just a few days. It looks and drives better than it ever has.
