Jess is a great person to do business with! He did a wonderful job on our survey. It was pretty complicated due to multiple land owners and and very old records. He solved our ownership problem and really helped us out. He is completely reliable and totally professional!

We recently purchased property in remote northern Clearfield County, after multiple searches, many hours and a ton of rain we found all 4 corner pins. This was a "short lived" victory as the dense woods, elevation changes and nearly 1800 feet between front and back pins made it impossible to know where the property line actually was. There is no cellular signal so that eliminated all the phone App based tools and after researching GPS devices I found they could be anywhere from 5' to 25' off target..... I had a "property line" issue with a neighbor at the first property I ever owned and since then have had every property surveyed with corner pins confirmed and a couple extra stakes down each line just to confirm where the line was at, to me well worth the cost. I found Jess @JDK Surveying on a Google search, called the phone number listed and he answered the phone, I explained what I was looking for and where the property was located and he advised that he was booked solid for some weeks but would get me a quote back in a couple days. Since that phone call Jess has done exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, he did an incredible job at the property, I have line of sight from one pin to the next in either direction and they are not the thin cheap wooden stakes that a chipmunk could break.... if you need a surveyor pick JDK Surveying!
