These guys are amazing! I needed a battery, day after Thanksgiving (today), and these guys went over the top to help me out. Even got it in for me, in this freezing weather to boot! Always extremely helpful and very pleasant. Always go above and beyond to help out. I had to get a jump start just to get there, Luke told me to keep it running just in case, but got the battery I needed and got it in, in no time! Thank you Shawn and everyone at napa!! Where in town for a family wedding in on our way here are break was chewing into the rotor.. we purchased out of this store what we needed and these gentlemen went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. When it comes to part stores this has been the most exceptional experience ever!

The guys here are very knowledgeable abs even if they do not have the part that day they have many sister companies that can usually have it in store but afternoon next day. Shawn does a very great job at running the store and never had an issue. Sometimes it is worth the little extra money to make sure you get the right part.
