I brought a used car that had the rear view mirror mounted at the bottom of the windshield’s frits area. This caused a safety issue with tall drivers’ field of view. I wanted the mirror raised a couple inches along with the metal mount. The tech suggested raising the mirror with a new mount because of a 20% chance of cracking the glass. He also found a chip in the windshield I didn’t notice. He fixed both issues at a very reasonable price at my home. Very professional experience with this company. I recommend them.

These guys are INCREDIBLE! Went to a few other well known places for quotes and was baffled at their pricing. I found Lucky Auto Glass LLC and emailed him about the issue late on a Tuesday night. Wednesday morning we texted, I sent a pic of my windshield and scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning for them to come to my house. They called early in the morning to let me know their ETA. Showed up right on time and got to work right away. They were done in 40 minutes from start to finish. It looks great! They took a card payment, sent me the receipt, gave me instructions on aftercare. Lifetime warranty. AND, best of all, I paid a fraction of what all those other guys quoted me. Don’t think twice, they’re your guys. I’ll never go anywhere else again. Thank you!!

Great window repair service done by Danny and I didn’t catch the other guy’s name. Their prices are fair and the quality of the installation is excellent. I Called an was told to leave to text the phone number once I text the number I got a reply and two days later we scheduled an appt two guys came out and moved really fast and and did professional work took the old glass and left they even took debit/credit cards

Two top-notch pros visited my home to replace my windshield. They told me it would take 30 minutes... and it did!! No wasted effort, no do-overs, just straight talk and a reasonable price. And for you tool geeks- they used a battery powered Ryobi caulk gun for no-mess waste-free application. Life is good again.

Amazing service! They responded to my form on a holiday, and came the next day to replace my windshield. Didn't take more than 30 minutes, and they reapplied my inspection stickers and EZpass holder to the new windshield. Very nice people, good communication, and I ended up paying $100 less than what the big chains quoted me. Would definitely use again and 100% recommend!

This was such an efficient and cost effective process! I texted the number the night prior with my make, model, and year, and Lucky’s responded in less than 30 minutes stating they could come out the next day. They quoted me a price based on my car and location, and they were able to replace my windshield within 40 minutes upon arrival. Danny was my technician and he was very prompt with communications, providing an ETA, directions regarding the lifetime warranty, and do’s/don’ts after replacing the windshield. After several of the "name brand" companies were not able to get a windshield for a 2018 Pacifica I tried Lucky Auto Glass. We communicated only by text and I admit that I was concerned, but they showed up, on time, with the correct glass and did a great, clean, job installing it. I am writing this several months and rains later and the new glass is as good as the original. 10/10

Can't stress how easy a process this was. Exchanges of texts the day prior to get a quote and provide information with appointment set the next day. The crew was extremely courteous with providing their arrival time and keeping me posted with any delays. Job was completed at a remote location at my request (commercial parking lot) due to recent snow storm. Replacement was done in time provided with throughout explanation of process and aftercare. Replacement windshield was new and in pristine condition. Crew was super professional, no hustle, gameplay or BS. Price quoted was price paid. Price beat several other quotes received. Definitely would recommend!!

Lucky auto glass has done over 50 of our customer cars. Customers usually get a quote from safe light then a quote from lucky auto glass and are super happy about the price differences. 3 of my personal cars done Not many people can find glass for a 97 vw golf either. Lucky Auto is awesome! I emailed them on a Sunday (when they were closed), and they replied within the hour to schedule an appointment on Monday the next day! I had been considering going to Safelite since it was a bigger name brand, but they couldn't get me in until over a week and it was going to be over $100 more. Lucky Auto came out to me, they gave a window between 12-1pm and showed up at 12pm on the dot, the guys who did the repair were extremely nice and efficient, 10/10 would recommend

I had experienced excellent service from Lucky Auto Glass today. They came on time and were very fast. It was less than 1 hour. Excellent Service.. I needed windshield replacement on 2 vehicles, initially I used Safelite via my insurance what a big mistake. They claimed a little rust(literally) around the window frame would prevent them from doing the job unless I took it to a body shop to get the little rust around the edges repair..(Uh isn't that apart of window replacement finding some rust ever heard of sand paper 🤔🤨) What a joke, wasted day, couldn't drive my car because they removed window and the molding. My mechanic told me to reach out to Lucky I texted him he responded quickly he told me he would be out the next morning and that he would take care of the rust so it would bond correctly. His crew came to my home 9:58am was done both vehicles @ 10:52am with no problems plus full warranty. Excellent customer service "honest" and professional. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed.

Called him in the morning ,came the same day with original Factory version windshield glasses.$ Cheaper than safelite .Installed in 30 minutes and, vacuum my whole car . I highly recommend these Guys. Owner Lucky is nice and very friendly.
