I was actually pleasantly surprised on how much I liked it here. They had some great prices. Definitely have to check dates on things but I've never gotten anything that was expired. Definitely recommend

I've been a fan of Grocery Outlet for so long, I still call it Amelia's. If you've never been, the chain occupies a good middle ground between a normal grocery store and a bent-and-broken discount market. Most foods run from 50% to 110% what you'd expect to pay elsewhere, with the occasional massive discount that makes you want to buy an extra freezer so you can empty out the shelves. This Amelia's is the least impressive I've been to, unfortunately. I saw one 'deep discount' item (and it was too sugar laden for me to get), the shelf space was the smallest I've seen in one of these stores, staff all looked tired and ready to call it a day at 11am, and the carts and backroom equipment were worn out and under maintained to the point that the high pitched squeaking and thudding of uneven wheels was pervasive through my whole trip. It's fine. Better than the average grocery store, but not nearly as good as the median Grocery Outlet. There's an Aldi's nearby that I stopped at after visiting here, and I was kicking myself for for not going there first when I kept finding fresher products at better prices. I'd advise going to the Aldi's, then hitting this store to see if there's anything worth picking up... but it's not full of enough deep discounts for a dedicated trip out, and the prices aren't good enough to go for your day to day staples. 3 out of 5 for being better than the average grocery but very much not up to par with the other local options.

Most items reasonable. Off brand groceries. Just compare to save. Join their club to get notification of sales.

Prices are reasonable, especially in their meat department. The quality of their meat is just as good as any other stores. Produce is fresh, milk prices are also good. There a major food store down the street from me and the price of milk is $3 more. Overall, Grocery Outlet is well worth the stop!!!

Meana is wonderful very helpful and to the customers. This is my store she is very professional. I actually witnessed a very very rude customer and she handled it like the pro she is. Thank you Meana

The store was clean. I'll give it that, but this is not your typical grocery outlet. I am in love with the chain. This store hit absolutely no mark downs it was just like going into a typical grocery store, a little overpriced, actually the beauty about going into a grocery outlet is, you know, you absolutely don't need anything, but the dills entice you to buy it. So that's why I try all around just to see the different locations

I love this chain mostly because they carry a lot of vegan products at great prices.

A younger Latin couple owns and operates this grocery franchise. Bright, clean, well laid out with plenty free convenient parking. Great staff made finding items and check out easy.

I love shopping at Grocery Outlet you can always find a deal! I recently purchased an item for $2.99 at Grocery Outlet, that same item is on SALE at Amazon for $11.50, that’s a difference of $8.51!!! Please do not sleep on Grocery Outlet because you are really missing out on savings.

The deals aren't worth it. A lot of the food is about to expire, but is priced similarly to a typical supermarket. This means they're buying the product at a discount and pricing it to make an even higher profit. Sometimes, the bigger discounts are already expired, meaning it should have been trashed. Something could be one day away from expiration, and the "deal" will be minimal. Meanwhile, there are better deals just around the corner at other discount markets. This is squarely on the owners. The old owners would price accordingly, and as a result, I would shop at this location often. But the new management is clearly greedy and doesn't understand basic business. You own a market known for marking down near-expiration products, yet you don't want to mark them down. I also noticed that the employees who worked there for years are no longer there. So it's clear that the employees notice a difference as well and left. Or they may of been forced out? Either way, this place is a massive skip. If you absolutely need a Grocery Outlet, I find the one in South Philly is significantly better.

Loved it! Prices, variety and displays...all were great! In addition, I want to thank the very nice cashier, Cheri, who took the time to honor my coupon and enter it into my transaction. She went over and beyond in helping me; her friendly demeanor and knowledge are traits she displayed most amicably. She is an asset to your company. Thank you.

I've found so many great deals here, you'll always find at least one product for half the price you'd pay anywhere else. Decent selection of produce, the store is clean and the staff is friendly.

This is a good market and I love the fact that when items get close to the expiration date or sale date they put a manager special sticker on there at sometime 90% off of the item I love it when you do that instead of just throwing it out into a dumpster or trash that's what they should do pass it on to the customer the way they do it the big. Supermarkets should take their lead and learn something from them it's a good store with pleasant and friendly staff

I love this store prices a very good you get a bang for your buck just check the dates other wise I don’t have anything bad to say they have a large selection of products great store and always clean and organized the wild salmon is amazing

I wanted to check it out for myself. Let's just say some of their items are priced well, but some I could purchase at the grocery store for less. This is probably a great place for some people but not for me. At least I gave them a try. Maybe another location would be better not sure.

I love shopping at Grocery Outlet! It's definitely the place I shop first for the best deals. Recently they changed the layout of the store. It's fine but the garden items deserve an aisle. Half of the items are in the front of the store, some in the back and some in the entryway of the store... Very chaotic. Love their coffee options too. The variety of snacks both healthy and not, is wide. And again, deep discounts! Staff and managers are usually helpful and kind. Every now and again you wonder if the person just started or something because they clearly don't fit into the culture of this location.

Very disappointed in the customer service. They placed the wrong sticker on the watermelon and it rung at $5.99. They sign says $7.99. The cashier tells me it’s not her fault . I asked for a Supervisor he said give it to her for $5.99. She gave him this deadly look and then he said No it’s $7.99. It’s not about the price it’s about the customer service. They definitely need a class. I really don’t want to give any stars because I spend allot in that store and I’m very disappointed.Very rude cashier/ Manager Jennifer.

I love this place only reason I give it 3 stars is because I grabbed a juice that was labeled $1 I knew that it wasn't $1 because the label did not match the product name but I looked at the surrounding area and could not find a price label that matched the product so I did have to take a wild guess that it couldn't be more than $2 so I put it in my cart. I went to the cash register ask how much it was and the price was a huge difference it was $4.99 now it's not that big of a deal but I'm coming here because I'm on a budget and would like to know how much everything is with ease I didn't come here to take a wild guess. I didn't come here to guess how much things are. Update: I went there again and there was a few items that were missing price labels. I don't want to nit pick but having to question how much things are is an inconvenience to me. WHERE ARE THE PRICE TAGS ! is anyone making sure everything has a price tag on them? This place is great I love it. I don't love having to go grocery shopping and having to solve the mystery of how much something is.

Great place to go grocery shopping. The staff is always very helpful as well. I was also impressed with at checkout they bagged my groceries for me. No wait in line. Prices are low. I'll go back to Grocery Outlet.

Nice clean store that is well stocked with a friendly staff. Found several items today that are my new favorites. Thank you for the gluten free items. We will probably save over $2,000 this year by shopping here first.

I travel a distance to go to Grocery Outlet. I used to go to the one right outside of Chester but it closed. The store manager there I believe his name is Aaron is a great guy very customer friendly always available to the customers. To my surprise I visit the one in Sharon Hill today and there was Aaron with a big smile welcoming me to the store. The discounts there and products there are great and again everyone that I came in contact who work in that store was very friendly. The Price is Right, the service is great. I will visit that store again even though it is a good distance from my home but because of the shopping experience and the people it's an outing as well as a shopping experience I would recommend Grocery Outlet to anyone who's looking for a good bargain and a great shopping experience.. They continue to have shelves stock in spite of. Very good place to shop. Clean and the salespeople and management very professional

I love grocery outlet they always have good products for great prices. The only thing that I would say that I like but I also don’t like is that many of their products aren’t really consistent except for their snacks so some foods or items that might be there one day aren’t going to be there again and if they are there again it’s not for a while, I’ve had many favorite foods that I liked from here that they would stop selling or they would go months without selling. They also don’t seem to have much in the area of cats, they have more dog products than they do stuff for cats. The staff are very nice though

Love it here. Good staff, great prices on name brands. Yes you have to play hit or miss with what they have and the expirations may not last as long as an Acme but the money i save weekly is insane. Never had an issue with quality of foods here for meat or produce either (unless you're buying the bottom barrel stuff which won't be great even fresh, let's be real). Covid heads up - can't bring your own bags anymore for safety reasons.

Good visit today. I got a great deal on gluten free pizza crusts, I had to ask the price, because as is common, the goodies I want aren't marked! A frying pan I looked at 2 weeks ago was still not marked so I asked for the price, and bought it! Very nice pan. The employees that got the prices were very nice.
