I puchace a hayabusa motorcycle.engine! Talked to them letting them know i would be pulling up in my semi truck otr. They loaded in there pick up backed up to my door and we lifted it in. Thanks . Was easy DAD SON and another GENTLEMAN got the job done. All was very friendly. Dad showed me the motors he had in stock. Was a great experience. Off topic i read a post about taking pictures.. there's a sign rite when you walk in store NO PICS. Rude to do so. Thank you guys again. James
Sells nothing but worthless junk parts and bikes that can't be used for anything. They charge extra fees to remove the parts for you plus the price of the part.
Was looking for a hard to find part in a hurry. Even while short staffed and buried in orders the guys made me feel like a priority and got me the part I needed really quick! Super easy to work with and professional. Definitely recommend these guys.

Best place to get motorcycle parts from and the service is outstanding I would recommend I have been recommending this place every since I started riding in 2007.
I have an older Kawasaki Vulcan and sometimes finding OEM parts can be challenging. Some parts are even discontinued. A&J has come through a number of times for me. They are a simple text away and the part is at my house a day or two later.

I would highly recommend A&J Cycle Salvage, I needed a chain guard for my zx-10r. I called and 10-15 minutes later I received a call back letting me know they had it available. Great service. Highly recommend. They even had a few spare bolt laying around to allow to to install.
Still the best staff and parts available. The new location is simply an upgrade from the previously great service. The parking lot is smaller then before but you still get the same great product and service. Make sure you call ahead.

I love riding on a late night. One night I cracked one of my fairings. Next day call A & j not only did they have the exact part I also found a helmet & gloves for a great price. Brand new accessories.

I'm not the type to leave reviews of any business, but I've been dealing with A&J Cycle Salvage for many years now and I have had nothing but great business experiences with them.
There's not many family run businesses left anymore, and that's a shame because if you get to know the owners and employees of this shop, you'll feel like family. I have made many purchases there over the years and I've never had any sort of problem, whatsoever. I've bought very small parts for various motorcycles all the way up to actually buying two motorcycles from them. My experiences there have been so pleasant that I've referred both family and friend there, and they are all very happy with that shop and it's products. They, in turn, have referred their family and friends to that shop. That's why they have such a successful business. They are both knowledgeable about their profession and they treat EVERYONE with respect.
I've walked in there at times and the place can only be described as completely mobbed with customers. Even as such, it amazes me how polite the staff is to everyone, letting everyone know that they will help them as soon as they possibly can. I'm also amazed at their top notch customer service as their phones are ringing off the hook. They somehow keep up with the phone calls while simultaneously taking care of many people in the store. They are professionals, through and through.
I'll end this review by stating that they are so busy at times because they run a great business, and have been doing so for 30 plus years.

In my 9 years experience of using eBay, I have had nothing but positive experiences, until I made a transaction with AJ Cycle Salvage. I purchased a Honda CBR1000RR cylinder head for a replacement on my bike. The head came in damaged and irreparable. I asked for a refund from the seller. He was extremely RUDE on the phone. Basically made me feel like I was the issue. He was reluctant to send a refund and procrastinated to send the return shipping label. He even tried to make ME pay for it!?!? I had to finally get eBay involved. He claimed that I shipped the head back damaged!? What a joke cause it was already scrap! EBay only refunded me half of the purchase. I had to appeal it and I was finally awarded the FULL amount. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SALVAGE YARD!!!
Order a battery side cover from them that was in like new condition. Shipping was two days box was very nicely packed. Great phone service and they sent pictures to verify the part was right before they shipped.
Honestly I don’t typically leave reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. Anything and everything I’ve purchased has been as described or better. Will always recommend them first, and continue to utilize them for parts, etc. Absolutely on point, thank you guys!
Blew the motor in my R6 and called A&J when they had one listed. Anthony was extremely helpful and helped ease my concerns after I had tried to buy a motor from a different salvage yard which didn't work out. Luckily I live 2 hours away from them in Philly and could drive up and get it. It's now installed and working perfectly, I will be calling A&J for all of my parts needs moving forward! Thanks again to Anthony and helping me get my bike back up and running.
I bought my bike in 06..when I found about A&J's, I've been going there ever since. Joe is always willing to work with you! Staff has changed some but never had an issue. Come with respect and it will take you a long way....
Visited here for the first time September 8th to find a radiator fan for my cruiser. All three guys that I talked to were really cool. Found the parts I needed and even let me pick a few parts offer a salvage bike in the back. They were unable to bench test the fan before I left, but they did offer a five day return if was inoperative. (Fan worked fine when I tested it.) Definitely call ahead and ask for what you need. Recommended and will be back!
PRE REVIEW: I found these guys online as I needed a rear wheel for my R1 in 4 days. (My wheel was damaged by a mini boulder in the road on Monday and I have a Track Day in another state on Sunday). I called, they searched and called me back within 20 minutes!(Don't see that much these days!) John was very friendly...told me my wheel would arrive by Thursday! AWESOME! I will follow up once I receive my wheel.....
POST REVIEW: These guys are awesome. My wheel arrived on time and was as straight as an arrow. They did what they said and shipped what they promised...even went above and beyond by sending me a wheel that matched my damaged one.
Definitely stay away! Just visited this shop for the first time because my son wanted some parts for his bike quickly. We went into the office and had some good conversation with the counter guys. However, I pulled out my phone to compare prices to online to see if we were getting a good deal and the manager (or owner) immediately and aggressively berated me. He angrily and aggressively said that no phone or electronics were allowed in his shop. I asked why and he said "because of what you just did" as if I committed a crime. We exchanged some disagreeable words and he told me not to come back. I certainly have no plans on it and hope that I can save some others from the incredibly poor, indifferent and aggressive personality from this guy. By the way, we could have purchased the same items online much cheaper. Many more options available at a lower price. My son really wanted the parts today so against my principles we sadly bought them. Honestly, the single worst shop that I've ever done business with and that's no exaggeration. Don't go or call if you have any reasonable expectations of customer service. To be fair, counter guys were okay. Owner or manager should stay in the back office and away from dealing with people. Bad business.
I've done business with A&J previously and will refer others to their business. However, they are a hard sell with no give. Tried to purchase a pair of used rectifier/regulators for my motorcycle and countered $30 bucks less than what they wanted. I really wanted to be fair but they forced me to pass and buy the same part with a better return policy from Ebay for $118 less and free shipping. Competition is a great thing!
