Do not ever go here. In my experience, this auto body shop committed what appears to be insurance fraud and completely took advantage of both me and my insurance company. None of the actual parts my car needed were installed, and the moment I picked my car up my odometer was flashing due to incorrect, cheaper parts being used. My insurance (GEICO) paid for a brand-new bumper, yet the first thing the shop owner said to me was, “I saved ya some money, we saved your bumper,” despite the fact that they were already paid for a new one. My passenger door would creak loudly every time it opened, there was still multiple dents in the passenger door, the paint job was chipped, and my right headlight stopped working because the wrong module was installed. I called multiple times and even dropped my car back off after being told they would install the correct module, only for my car to sit there for five days without them even attempting the repair. After months of back and forth, the owner told me he wasn’t ordering the correct headlight module because he “couldn’t keep dishing out money,” even though my insurance had already paid the exact amount needed from the start. I ultimately took my Jeep to another shop and to Jeep itself, and both were shocked by the condition and quality of the work. My insurance company ended up having to pay for these repair’s twice. This shop completely ripped me off, wasted my time, and left me with issues that never should have happened—do yourself a favor and never go here.
I brought in my Audi for an exhaust issue and it was taken care of the same day. I would definitely use this repair shop again - good prices and quality work.
Great experience. My son and I brought a car here to check it out before we bought it. They checked it out, gave us solid info on some issues it had and what it would cost to fix them. Also told us it had been in an accident and bottomed out. That may have been a sign, because when we went to buy it, what was supposed to be a clean title was actually a rebuilt title. Usually take my car to Midas for an oil change, took it here one time for an oil change and started having problems with my car that I never had. Told me all my fluids were low so they refilled it for free which nothing is free in the world. Ever since my coolant would be gone everyday. Unfortunately I ended up having to junk the car. Just warning anyone who brings their car here for service. NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD.
The owner is very nice and did a fantastic job fixing my truck at a reasonable price so it could pass inspection. Will bring all my vehicles there and will refer anyone who's looking for a mechanic
