Really great guys. Awesome costumer service. They took excellent care of my WRX STI when I was broken down on the side of the road, because my car is lowered they were nice enough to get a different truck that would get my car off the ground without damaging my front and back bumper.

We broke down on I-80 with a fully loaded pickup and heavy trailer. Pothole caused a blowout in front tire and snapped the lower ball joint…skidded to a stop in 1/2 mile. Bricen was there very quickly, loaded my truck on his rig, and pulled my trailer right to a reputable repair shop (Du Bois Auto). Luckily for me, instead of waiting all weekend just to talk to a repair shop, we got the truck fixed of Friday - THANKS TO BRICEN TOWING’s PROMPTNESS!

I have to say that even though I was spending money on a tow I am very happy with the service and the price I pay for it... Bricen towing was 12 miles away from me and took me 20 miles down the road and only charge me $725.00 dollars for everything and before I have called bigler boyz from kylertown, PA, this people was 3 miles away from me to take me to the same location that bricen towing and wanne to charge me $1,250.00... I recommend BRICEN TOWING & REPAIR ALL DAY ANY DAY...

I got to work with Bill. When I tell you I was in a tight spot, dealing with insurance, and trying to set up a tow for my RV, Bill was so amazingly generous, understanding, and patient. It took 6 days for GoodSam to try and figure out things and continued to mess up the service over and over again. It was a nightmare, but Bill was patient, helped me, talked to me, and got the job done. Other providers eventually gave up working with goodsam and for good reason, but Bill made sure to help me, the person in need. I am so very grateful for his service and help.
