My sister recommended Mile’z Garage based on her positive experiences with the staff here, and I’m happy to say that I received nothing less than efficient, honest, and professional service last month for my car’s PA state inspection. With so many car shops to choose from, it can be tough to know which ones are trustworthy without a personal recommendation. I really appreciated how upfront and transparent they were about the pricing for the necessary repair part I needed. They were also patient and helpful when I followed up about the part they ordered for me and when it came to assisting me in scheduling the follow-up service. Mile’z has earned my loyalty as a customer, and I’ll be returning here for all of my future car service needs.

Very bad front desk person response. The inspection failed without a valid reason, and the person asked for $900 dollars for repair. When I took the car to the original car dealer, he said there was no need to do any fix as all my tires were good and passed the inspection. Updated to the response: Appreciated for the quick response. I never Glued the tires and no thread is visible, its a minor chip due to the street curb.

I have been to Mile'z quite a few times. I have found them to be very honest and professional in all aspects of their work. I had even brought them a coupon that was many years old and they accepted it when they easily could have turned it down. Thanks to all!

I paid for a wheel alignment. After, the car pulled to the right and the tires hummed loudly at highway speed. I took the car back and asked them to re-check. Was told all good but the problems persisted. I took it to CJs Tire and they found bad alignment. They corrected and the car tracks well and tires not humming. When I took the car back to Milez and showed the poor alignment report the boss was rude, dismissive, and refused to offer any compensation. Bad.

I asked for reviews on the Nextdoor App and a few people mentioned MILEZ Garage and said they were great so I took a chance and I am so thankful I did! I have a 2022 Kia Soul and Kia really ripped me off for maintaining my car like I should and I was looking for a place to take my car with affordable prices and a place I could trust with my car! You can’t go wrong with MILEZ I’ll definitely be using them for any of my vehicle services moving forward.

I have 4 cars. All maintained by. Milez since they took over from previous owners. Always good service. But lately things seem different. Latest is they Lost the key to my car. Claimed it was “never given to them” I don’t understand how you can take possession of a Vehicle and not have the key. No concern whatsoever on their part. Never again.

I have been around cars my whole life and in business for 20 years! Jimmy and team were honest, straightforward and did amazing work on my 1990 Mustang. I will def return for more work that is out of what I can accomplish. Would of given 10 stars

Miles‘s garage I gave them some challenges through the year. Let me tell you they weren’t easy fixes.I have broken bolt off on my ram 2500 for the ABS sensor which stop my four-wheel-drive from working and lit up my dash like a Christmas tree. that wasn’t the half of it also broke off a easy out inside the pre-existing broken .Let me Tell you there no easy way out to drill this out, especially where it was at on the rear. I tried myself before I sent it over to him. What a mess. I was thinking here you go. I need a new rear $3500. If not better. The ABS sensors control the four-wheel-drive. For some reason it knocked it off line. He did an awesome job and the price was great for his labor a.k.a. I broke all his easy outs. lol but he got it aman. I’ve been around a few shops in my years. If you’re looking for some good mechanics, these guys are it . Sometimes you have to wait for an opening or an appointment that’s normal I don’t care what garage you go to. good mechanics are hard to fine. Do you know the difference between a mechanic and tech, a mechanic fixes things and a tech just changes parts. I take the mechanic over a tech any day.. you’ll always have my business.

Hello, daughter of Jennifer Gondolfo here. I am a young girl in college who trusted you with my car, and even I can tell that the way you have acted towards this whole situation is extremely unprofessional and honestly very disappointing. To call my mom after she left an honest review to yell at her and mock her is so unprofessional. Her “EX husband” (don’t know why you had to emphasize that?) aka my actual dad has definitely had great experiences with your shop in past years. Making this whole situation even more disappointing. I would have never put a review, but I feel my family and I have been disrespected.

I will never use another mechanic again other than milz’s. I had taken my car to a different mechanic for years, and spent thousands of dollars to find out that they never followed through or completely fixed the problems correctly. Milz’s Garage is where it’s at! They are very upfront, honest, courteous, and the prices are very reasonable. They also make sure they get the job done in a timely manner. I cannot thank them enough for all they do!! I’m a customer for life!

I was buying a 2017 subaru off my neighbor who took the car in to a shop in Aston to have it checked out, as it was his father's and was sitting in the driveway for awhile. He was given a $2,100 estimate for amongst other things, a whole new AC system (including Freon) and back brakes. I thought this odd for a 5 yr old car with 65K mileage, so I took it into my garage MileZ (whom I trust) near my house. I told them nothing about the previous estimate. They told me the only thing it needed was to replace a cracked tail light so it would pass inspection. I then asked about the back brakes...they were fine with half life still. I said what about the AC...they said fine. So I had them order the tail light and replace. So the one important thing was the tail light and that wasn't even on the other garages "estimate" SMH. My neighbor is not from this country and often gets taken advantage of. Thank you MileZ for just providing my car and my neighbor's car with consistently honest service. That's all I expect.

With my car sitting most of COVID, I wanted to see if it needed any maintenance. Mile’z garage took the time to check it out. From walking in the front door, the receptionist was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. She took great care of me, I handed off my keys and waited. Within 30 mins my car was finished and to my delight no charge. I’ll keep bringing my car to Mile’z Garage because I know they treat us right.

I started getting auto maintenance and repair work done at Mile'z early in 2018. Jimmy and his team have served me well. Most recently, I brought in both of my cars for an inspection and oil change. On each of my visits there, Cora welcomed me at the desk and made me feel at home. James worked on one of my cars, and Brandon worked on the other one. The Mile'z team is very professional, trustworthy, and friendly. I appreciate their expertise and attention to detail. I highly recommend Mile'z Garage.

Neighbors recommend a few years ago. Went there for several things. Had a slow radiator leak that I finally identified and showed them where it was They replaced the connections and the hoses for some hundreds of dollars. A few weeks later, I noticed a leak coming from a totally different spot, near the radiator. Paid hundreds more to replace it. Now, a few weeks after that the coolant is still going down. Took it in thinking it would be under warranty, but they say it is the thermostat housing because of rust, and want $285 to replace it. Why was this not addressed when they replaced the radiator when everything was already apart? Good thing the part is under $20 and looks simple enough to do myself. Oh, they still charged $34.50 to look at it. Update. The leak is at the thermostat housing where they said it was. Just needs a new gasket for the thermostat. Easy fix.

I've been in search of a trusting neighborhood garage - THIS WAS NOT IT. I had brakes put on and a couple months later went for an inspection, only to learn that the brakes were not install properly and their part quality was sub-par at best (inspection mechanic questioned whether Milez even completed the job). After contacting MIlez, they were extremely aggressive and rude. While they did end up redoing the brakes, their demeanor was some of the worst customer service I've seen. My review would have been extremely positive if they would have taken ownership, not shown intense aggression on the phone and provided some sort of credited for labor of the work that installed them improperly in the first place.

Found several reviews for Mile'z Garage online, neighbors, and all were good. We just moved into the area and had the same terrific mechanic for 26 years. We only got an oil change, to check the place out. They are very polite, nice and informative. Hope to be coming here, for the next 26 years.

Knowledgeable of the trade and great customer service. Liz does an awesome job at the front desk. She does a great job by listening to the customer and scheduling for service. Jim Brown is very knowledgeable of the cars that he and his crew work on. I can't recommend them enough. They are fair and reasonable with their prices for their services.. Service with a smile should be their motto.

I tried Mile'z Garage twice over the past few weeks. Once for an inspection and once for a repair. Both times, communication was exceptional. The price was reasonable and the job was done right. A mechanic and a business that you can trust, right in the middle of Garnet Valley. Keep up the great work!

It is so nice to have a garage to service my car that doesn't involve long drives on the highway. The main thing is I feel very confident this company is taking care of my vehicle. I am always greeted warmly, work is performed efficiently and well. What more could I want?

Great service, great staff. Just honest truth given here. Dealership claimed all tires needed to be replaced near immediately.and a tire could not be plugged from a nail that we were losing air from and needed a tire replacement. Light never came on and we never put air in tire so was a little confused. Nor did it look flatter or drive weird. Dealership quoted a high price for just two tires. And the quote for the same tires was less here. Then they gave a recommendation for another really good tire that a lot of people get and that would have saved us even more while still being great quality. I didn't leave with a great feeling from the dealership so I asked them to look it over for the tires. Tires will be good till winter and we can order the tires when needed.not needing immediate attention.. Also air was only let out of the tire once the nail was removed and then plugged. All in all honesty won here and was treated like a person and not as a dollar sign. I look forward to coming back here with any car needs I might have on two vehicles and placing an order for tires when needed. Won my business and loyalty. Thank you for doing a great job by me in every way and patience through all of my questions.

Took my car in to get a check up and get a few little things taken car of. After inspection, the techs found another auto shop put a sensor on wrong. So they did a fantastic job in taking care of my little things, replacing a low volt battery and fixing the sensor. The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable about my car and worked very closely with me. She explained thing so that I could undestand what was going on. She took her time with me and was very helpful. Mile’z Garage has earned my respect and business from me in the future.

My new go-to garage. Old fashioned quality service at a reasonable price. Excellent sense of customer service. I have an older toyota that I knew had a number of issues. The new owner, Jimmy, took the time to explain what was needed now vs what should be taken care of soon vs what can wait. All very honest, no BS. The work i had done was completed quickly at a very reasonable price, including excellent pricing on a good pair of new tires. I think they even cleaned my windshield, inside and out! Definitely recommend.

Did excellent work on my Corvette. Within 2.5 hours of having my car I received an email outlining what the issue was with the car, an estimated cost of the repair, and asking if I wanted them to proceed. The final cost was less than the estimate, and the repair was done CORRECTLY! I dropped my other car off this morning for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done and ready to be picked up in less than two hours. Friendly, fast, fair pricing, and get the job done right. You can't ask for more than that.
