Stopped her after local garage up the street didn't have time to help. Needed a tire plug. Local place was to busy so Stopped in Advance Auto bought my own and fixed in parking lot. Very helpful staff had every thing needed no issues. Would recommend staff and location.

They sold me the wrong battery for my wife’s vehicle and then refused to accept the return when I brought it back two days later. This was the same battery that they told me would fit in my wife’s vehicle. It does not. The battery was a $300 purchase and they are refusing to take it back. Not only is this terrible customer service, but the audacity of them to refuse to fix their own mistake is astounding. To make matters worse, store employee Nick was extremely rude the entire time. Gesturing to a yellow sign with tiny font by the door and telling me there is no refund policy on batteries etc. Well if there is no refund on batteries, they should verify they are selling you the correct one BEFORE giving you some crap you can’t use nor return. ABSURD. I’d go -1 stars if i could.

I had gone to AutoZone down the road and they couldn't get my front wipers off. I then went to Advanced Auto and the store manager Jamie was outside. His store was closed due to flooding. But I explained what happened and he was able to get my wipers off! I gave him cash as his system was down due to the flooding of his store. Thank you so much for being there and for the INCREDIBLE customer service. Never going anywhere else again!!!

This place is far superior to Autozone across the board. They always have the better deal, the better parts, more selection for tools and parts as well. The guys r easy to work with and this place is my new go to after dealing and wasting my time with Autozone for years.

I like advance they generally can get the parts you need for any vehicle if they don't already have it in stock and their parts fit better and work longer than some of the other places I got a higher guarantee rating with them than I do it other places guaranteed the parts of work and fit for a long time to come One of my number one go to places

Paid 250.00 for a battery die hard 10 months later battery would not hold charge returned to store for a replacement and was told the battery needed a charge there is nothing wrong with my car alternator the battery won't hold a charge DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM ADVANCE AUTO look online at reviews this is what they due try to charge battery tell you it's good they never put a load test on it ,my only hope is this store location is one that is going to close ,poor service ,ignorant employees, tiny store always check reviews and avoid the hassle

Turn your back and run! Staff (including the manager) is very unhelpful, they refuse to search the computer system to find something as basic as 5w40. Refuse to look for other stores. They instead keep trying to push me to use mobile1 5w30 (completely wrong oil) when I already had 6 quarts of penzoil 5w40.

Very friendly staff. I had ordered the wrong lights and the guy called Lee was very helpful helped me find and replace my light. Went out of the way to help me with things the store normally wouldn’t do like change my light and exchange my item

You try your best to help local businesses and not buy everything on line, but when you stand in front of the counter looking for help, and two employees are standing behind the counter and totally ignore that you even exist, why would you ever want to shop here. Now to be clear, one guy was looking at the computer. The other guy was standing by him looking at the guy , not the computer. Now I don't expect anyone to drop what they are doing to help you, but I would have appreciated having my existence acknowledged and being told that they would be with me in a minute or two. That would be fine. But I wasn't acknowledged until I walked out of the store for the final time. This is why stores can't stay open.

I ordered a battery online for pickup at the Upper Darby store. When I got there they didn't have any in stock so they forwarded the order to the Folsom Store, 33 minutes away. The Counter Person at Upper Darby gave me a receipt and said to show it to the employee's at the Folsom store and they would give me the battery that I had already paid for. So when I get to the Folsom store and show them the receipt, the Counter Persons there tell me that the receipt is no good and that I need to go back to the UD store to straighten it out. Instead of offering to call the Upper Darby store and trying to solve the problem, they just gave me grief when i got frustrated because of their total lack of customer concern. I will avoid this store in the future as they exhibit poor customer service skills and bad attitude.

This is a pretty good location employees are fairly knowledgeable, and will help you out. Not the best parking lot if planning on picking up something and doing the work there

I received a tremendous amount of assistance at this store. Jamie and the rest of the staff facilitated my need for a new battery over the phone, along with on the spot hook up. Between this, and the effort to find the best deal, I can say EXCELLENT!! is the rating they deserve. Thank you.

First off I shop at advance auto about at least 2 ,3 times a week.I live in N.East philly service is always great. But I was out that way in Ridley .So yesterday I bought a new 4 way lug wrench . Got home used it first it bent then completely snapped and broke in two .today was out that way again. Decide ed to try and get a new one or exchange it .when I put it up on counter a bearded salesman looked at me like I had 3 heads.I said it broke and would like another or whatever they could do.the salesman said" its bent and broken that shouldn't have happened." I said I know .and he said well there's nothing I can do.i had my receipt which he never asked for .so I will not be going back to th.at store EVER that specific one ..In Folsom .This is not against any other Advance Auto parts stores.

Well, I drove my son to the Folsom store because he was having car trouble and as he was waiting for someone to help him... a guy came up to him and asked him to put back what he had in his pockets!!!! Then proceeded on not helping him. How rude is that?! Unfortunately, I had to take him back a second time but I will not be a loyal customer here any longer.

Quick and efficient! Purchased windshield wiper blades online. Picked them up on my lunch break and they replaced them as soon as I arrived. Great customer service.

Place cant even replace a battery. I work 9-5 and was in a bind with a dead battery and store is down the street from me, I was there at 5:40pm the attendant said it was too dark outside to replace come back first thing in the morning we will handle it then. Arrived 7:45am after needing a jump to get there only to be told by a new attendant I'm the only one here I cannot help you, you'll need to go somewhere else. I advise to never going to this store.

I cannot say enough about the knowledge that the employees displayed here I've been having trouble with my brake light for some time other some wasters getting into the tail the light fixture so my light keeps blowing I explain this to the associate behind the desk and he suggested I buy an additional lubricant that will help reduce the moisture thank you so much in the long run this is really going to save me a lot of money

Ordered 2 of the same rotors online for pick up. Received 2 different rotors in store pickup. I had my car taken apart when I found out one rotor was not fit for my vehicle. Had to borrow a car to go back to the store. They did not have the 2nd rotor I needed. I was sent to another store to pick up the rotor. After a 30 minute ride farther from home due to traffic, I finally received the correct rotor. This should have been a 1 hour task that took about 4 hours and $10 in gas. I’ll be using Auto Zone from now on, never had an issue there. Advance auto lured me in with 20% off, then quickly lost a customer for life.

Excellent service, friendly staff. They really know their stuff! GO THERE...They helped me put and saved me a ton of money with their diagnostic tool when my check engine light came on. It was ONLY low oil...I am a woman so who knows what a mechanic may have told me??? THANKS

Friendly and helpful staff for the most part. Pretty clean and usually has the parts you'd expect a store front auto parts supplier to have. Their tool Rental or "Borrow" policy is the greatest.

Nice guys, helpful - but when they didn't have a breather hose I needed for my van, they offered to order it for me. Great! With a $6 delivery fee, to the store. NOT great. Why would I pay to have a part delivered to your store? I appreciated the air filter, but took the rest of my business down the street. Also, I've bought parts from another location in the past, and this Advance Auto would NOT accept my return, WITH A RECEIPT. A national chain that won't do that? Huh. Not a customer friendly policy.

Go to auto zone they rip you off and have no respect for their customers. Tried telling me my alternator was not bad when the test were ran. They tried to not refund me and when they finally did they were 40 dollars short. Your best move is to go to an auto zone
